I have just moved in to James Pointe and it was very easy and smooth going. Communication with the front office is always very prompt and i truly feel they are there to be helpful whenever I need. I love the community so far. I have a dog and small child and there seem to be a lot of other families with small children and dogs. I feel at home within this community already. I love how close I am to the entrance/exit of the freeway. It makes getting around the valley very easy.

While there have been a few minor issues I have needed to log maintenance tickets on as I was moving in, I was impressed with the speed in which issues were resolved. Apt is lovely with easy access to the 215, and not that far from Fashion Place. I’ve def enjoyed my experience thus far.

This is a great location right off of 215 with plenty of shopping and services nearby. The complex has plenty of uncovered parking for guests, and besides the adjacent freeway, it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood. Rent totals seem to fluctuate sometimes and the amenities are nothing to write home about. The office is staffed on weekdays, making in person contact a short stroll away when the need arises. Additionally, the maintenance team responds extremely fast, whether it’s to replace lights or clean out the ventilation ducts. Important note: we were only able to see the unit literally the day before we moved in, even after registering for all of our utilities and insurance. All in all, it’s a cozy spot and there’s not much to complain about.

It's a nice community, people are friendly. Sometimes they leave their pets waste and don't pick it up and it gets stepped on at night when you can't see. I love the maintenence they are very thorough and quick.

When I went to tour, it was almost like the property staff were actively trying to convince me not to move in. They talked about how the area isn’t safe and that the apartments have older amenities. The staff told me they’d considered moving to James Pointe but changed their mind because nothing was ever updated. It was a very strange experience and the apartment left a lot to be desired. Nothing looked updated or replaced in several years and it overall was just not a place to be excited to live in.

There was a lot I was not told after signing all my documents. (51 pages worth for a lease contract) The manager of this apartment complex seems to have an excuse for all the problems I mention in my apartment, regardless of me paying mandatory extra monthly fees for their services. There is no apparent motivation/initiative seen to fixing the problems.

Not all of the buildings have the super bright lights, people are in our dumpsters all night but your security only checks office building. People camp in the hallways, people who have cats just let them outside. Sometimes at night people who are so high they are stumbling around follow you when you are walking your dog which makes it unsafe to bend over. Half the time the poo bins are overflowing. We are told to call the police but the police don't feel that is an emergency. We are nickled and dimed for the pond and amenities- threatened about poop, while all of this just gets ignored. Office staff are nice, but I think some of this needs to be addressed by owners. I'm sorry, but it isn't safe here.

I love living here! The Community Manager Karen is the BEST!! Maintenance is quick to respond and they handle work orders in a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend living here.

The management staff here is wonderful, especially Barbara. Anytime I have questions she is right there with a quick and helpful response. Any maintenance requests are addressed ASAP. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the landscape care has gone downhill a bit in the last two years but the important upkeep like snow and leaf removal is still done.

The apartments are built on old bones, but updated to suit the new generation. The staff and maintenance crew are lovely. It's a good location with a bunch of amenities all around. It just happens to be a little noisy, but that's not something they can control.

Super pet friendly and very nice neighbors! It’s quiet and peaceful. The pongs is very pretty and it’s nice to take walks. I’ve lived here a year and I love it here!

The Community is fairly quiet, and it is nice being so close to Wheeler Farm. The apartments are on the older side, but are more affordable than others I looked at. There is a lot of dog poop that is not picked up, but I believe that is a problem no matter where you live. Also, the "dog park" area is very small and often times muddy, so not really worth using.

I've just recently moved in but so far James Point has been the best place to live. I love everything about the community and I'm so happy to say I've quickly made friends within the community! Everyone has been so nice and welcoming which has warmed my heart immensely. I've really appreciated how accommodating the office staff has been and how helpful the maintenance staff has been. I'm really excited to be here so thank you to everyone.

Yet to try out the pool but great neighbors and great area. Great view of the mountains and beautiful pond to hangout by and relax for the day. I enjoy that the area is fairly quite even next to the highway.

I have had a pretty poor experience here, lots of smoke and issues in the apartment. Maintenance has never come to fix issues we had prior to moving in. It's not great and as soon as the lease is up, I'm gone, even though moving is the worst.

James Pointe apartment living has been a very good experience. I have lived in two different apartments during the 5 years I have lived here. In those years alot of changes have taken place but the customer service I get from the Property Manager to Maintenence has always remained best in class. I really enjoy the grounds here. Always well maintained and now the edition of park benches and a dog bathing area!
