James Pointe

I have just moved in to James Pointe and it was very easy and smooth going. Communication with the front office is always very prompt and i truly feel they are there to be helpful whenever I need. I love the community so far. I have a dog and small child and there seem to be a lot of other families with small children and dogs. I feel at home within this community already. I love how close I am to the entrance/exit of the freeway. It makes getting around the valley very easy.

Not bad for a year lease. Just wished the apartment was more cleaned and ready for the move when we paid for everything before moving in. The free gift cards from points were a plus.

There are a lot of apartments sigh lots of buildings no issues so far everyone and everything has been great!! Nice place to live I’d say for sure though

I love it so far everything went smoothly and Barbara was the best she helped me through the whole process with all my questions and filling everything out

Great apartment overall but main maintenance manager is a bit rude overall. Neighborhood is great with great quiet neighbors and bunch amenities.

Just moved in but the staff is friendly and are quick to help when you need something and the area is super nice to walk around at night and during the day

We have absolutely loved living here so far! Staff was very friendly and helpful, our apartment is amazing, the neighbors are quiet and the area is hard to beat. No complaints so far!

The office staff has been super helpful and taken care of any issues in a timely manner. The maintenance staff quickly became friends with our dogs as well.

While there have been a few minor issues I have needed to log maintenance tickets on as I was moving in, I was impressed with the speed in which issues were resolved. Apt is lovely with easy access to the 215, and not that far from Fashion Place. I’ve def enjoyed my experience thus far.

The neighborhood is mainly quiet and the staff is friendly. Aswell as the maintenance is faster than expected. All concerns addressed to staff are fixed in a timely manner

This is a great location right off of 215 with plenty of shopping and services nearby. The complex has plenty of uncovered parking for guests, and besides the adjacent freeway, it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood. Rent totals seem to fluctuate sometimes and the amenities are nothing to write home about. The office is staffed on weekdays, making in person contact a short stroll away when the need arises. Additionally, the maintenance team responds extremely fast, whether it’s to replace lights or clean out the ventilation ducts. Important note: we were only able to see the unit literally the day before we moved in, even after registering for all of our utilities and insurance. All in all, it’s a cozy spot and there’s not much to complain about.

It's a nice community, people are friendly. Sometimes they leave their pets waste and don't pick it up and it gets stepped on at night when you can't see. I love the maintenence they are very thorough and quick.

When I went to tour, it was almost like the property staff were actively trying to convince me not to move in. They talked about how the area isn’t safe and that the apartments have older amenities. The staff told me they’d considered moving to James Pointe but changed their mind because nothing was ever updated. It was a very strange experience and the apartment left a lot to be desired. Nothing looked updated or replaced in several years and it overall was just not a place to be excited to live in.

There was a lot I was not told after signing all my documents. (51 pages worth for a lease contract) The manager of this apartment complex seems to have an excuse for all the problems I mention in my apartment, regardless of me paying mandatory extra monthly fees for their services. There is no apparent motivation/initiative seen to fixing the problems.

Very Friendly neighbors, friendly staff but broken drawers and door handles and locks. The move in was fast and staff did great with replying fast and professionally.

I like the environment there I just wish that the pool worked it could be better if that worked we also enjoy how there’s also a spot for pets to wash them and for them to play around.

The neighborhood is really quite and beautiful and comfortable Super excited about the move-in in the apartments Super family oriented. Lots of animals around.

I have enjoyed living here. The maintenance crew is awesome and always on top of repairs. Very quiet place to live other then living next to the freeway.

The maintenance crew works their tails off for the residents. I see them out there in any weather and respect that so much. The grounds are so nicely kept.

Not all of the buildings have the super bright lights, people are in our dumpsters all night but your security only checks office building. People camp in the hallways, people who have cats just let them outside. Sometimes at night people who are so high they are stumbling around follow you when you are walking your dog which makes it unsafe to bend over. Half the time the poo bins are overflowing. We are told to call the police but the police don't feel that is an emergency. We are nickled and dimed for the pond and amenities- threatened about poop, while all of this just gets ignored. Office staff are nice, but I think some of this needs to be addressed by owners. I'm sorry, but it isn't safe here.

I love living here! The Community Manager Karen is the BEST!! Maintenance is quick to respond and they handle work orders in a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend living here.

The management staff here is wonderful, especially Barbara. Anytime I have questions she is right there with a quick and helpful response. Any maintenance requests are addressed ASAP. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the landscape care has gone downhill a bit in the last two years but the important upkeep like snow and leaf removal is still done.

Great time living here sad to be leaving would recommend to others environment nice people nice great view from front door great place for animals

Such great neighbors. They all help when I have any problems. Like last night I locked my keys in the car and they helped me as much as they could. Thank you for having my wife and I in the community.

Great place! Quick maintenance times and nice staff. It feels more like a community than any other place I've lived. The landscaping is very well done.

We are happy here. It is close to our jobs, relatively quiet, and relatively clean. People are relatively friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues.

Such a great experience? Neighbors are polite and quiet, always available parking, apartments are cozy and management is very nice! I love it here!

I have loved my experience here so far! I am still getting settled but everyone I have met has been incredibly nice so far and the move-in process has been very smooth.

So nice everyone is very welcoming I always get a smile from someone I really do like where I live. I enjoy your atmosphere. The office is so friendly it shows how much they care.

we like living here. i wish our dryer worked but it is what it is.. friendly neighbors and helpful office staff and it is mostly quiet which is great

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far, the place is really cozy and it’s been a really nice experience to move out on my own with my girlfriend.

It's been a great place to live. The ladies at the office are very kind and helpful. Good people here, and the grounds are well taken care of.

The apartments are built on old bones, but updated to suit the new generation. The staff and maintenance crew are lovely. It's a good location with a bunch of amenities all around. It just happens to be a little noisy, but that's not something they can control.

Super pet friendly and very nice neighbors! It’s quiet and peaceful. The pongs is very pretty and it’s nice to take walks. I’ve lived here a year and I love it here!

So far, so good, I can’t really complain. I’m new to town and as soon as I got here, everyone was so nice & welcoming. I appreciated that. Can’t wait to see how my time here works out.

The Community is fairly quiet, and it is nice being so close to Wheeler Farm. The apartments are on the older side, but are more affordable than others I looked at. There is a lot of dog poop that is not picked up, but I believe that is a problem no matter where you live. Also, the "dog park" area is very small and often times muddy, so not really worth using.

I have never had any issues and staff is great. Maintenance does a great job of getting things fixed as soon as possible and office staff are very friendly and hwlpful

I've just recently moved in but so far James Point has been the best place to live. I love everything about the community and I'm so happy to say I've quickly made friends within the community! Everyone has been so nice and welcoming which has warmed my heart immensely. I've really appreciated how accommodating the office staff has been and how helpful the maintenance staff has been. I'm really excited to be here so thank you to everyone.

Yet to try out the pool but great neighbors and great area. Great view of the mountains and beautiful pond to hangout by and relax for the day. I enjoy that the area is fairly quite even next to the highway.

Frustrating amenity experience with pool being closed for several weeks. Management is responsive though and does try to address all concerns

I have had a pretty poor experience here, lots of smoke and issues in the apartment. Maintenance has never come to fix issues we had prior to moving in. It's not great and as soon as the lease is up, I'm gone, even though moving is the worst.

It's my first week here, but my experience with the Leasing team was great, especially Lorinda! She did more than she could to help me get the keys to my new home. She is amazing.

I like this place is family friendly. I been here since april and the I like we are close to the f ree way and the fashion place mall two favorite things.

The management is so sweet and helpful we have no complaints about living here. We are. Coming up on 2 years of being here and we love it as it is our first apartment

James Pointe apartment living has been a very good experience. I have lived in two different apartments during the 5 years I have lived here. In those years alot of changes have taken place but the customer service I get from the Property Manager to Maintenence has always remained best in class. I really enjoy the grounds here. Always well maintained and now the edition of park benches and a dog bathing area!

Staff super friendly. Clean and great neighbors. Amenities are great as well. Only complaint is the pond. I wish it was a little cleaner and didnt have as much algae.
