Leasing and maintenance are responsive. The courtyards are well maintained. Amazon packages come safely. Depending on where your apartment is located there is the occasional pest intruder and unpleasant smells. Overall though this feels like a safe community, conveniently located, and everyone does their best to keep it running smoothly.

Overall the last 3 years have been good, recently there are a few things that have been disregarded which has been disappointing. The time maintenance takes, it was 12 days before anyone came to fix things and that was only because I kept calling. Along with the cleanliness of stair wells and each hallway, other than the ones with the show units and office spaces. They tend to get pushed to the side, going weeks without being cleaned. Most of the time it’s been enjoyable and keep to myself. Everyone has been friendly and they try to bring in a lot of things throughout the month.

The community itself is very nice there are plenty amenities to take advantage of ie their multiple lounge areas, gym, work from home stations, book areas, etc. super huge complex easy access from door to garage.

This apartment has no sound protection. You hear Everything!! The leasing office does nothing. They only want your money. Go find a better apartment complex.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always clean. The amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are well-kept and add great value. Parking is generally easy to find, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Apt is good so far. It seems older but renovated nicely. The door lock has been broken a couple times in a month but maintenance comes pretty fast. Good calm neighborhood. The walls are kinda thin so I can usually hear neighbors but nothing too crazy.

So far we love living here. It is easy to get to work nice shops around the neighborhood. We are living here only a month and so far nothing to complain and do hope it stay like this.
