I've enjoyed living here. Rent prices are good, they're always renovating to make improvements to the units, it's pet friendly, and there's no bugs! Pest control comes by regularly. Misty is the best property manager I've ever had. Neighbors are occasionally a little noisy, but it's not too bad. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment complex to live at! The office staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to work out what will be best for you, maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues, and the complex is frequently improving resident life with new amenities. In the 6 months I’ve been here a new fitness center has been added, dog park, pet stations, and currently in the works a new privacy fence in front of one of the building. Highly recommend the property as it’s been great to live in the community!!!
The location is close to ASU which is very convenient. The office staff were very welcoming, application process was quick and easy. The apartments are nice and affordable. I highly recommend especially for other students.
Rude management, moldy smelly room. Never did anything about mold on the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We want to address recent concerns raised about interactions with our management team. We deeply regret if any of our team members have been perceived as rude or unprofessional. Our commitment to providing excellent service includes treating all residents with respect and courtesy - no matter the circumstances. We take this feedback seriously. Our property is under new ownership and management. Providing a healthy and comfortable living environment is our top priority. We are committed to creating a living space that meets the highest standards.
The only good thing about this apartment is the initial prices of the studio bedroom. The apartments are infested with roaches and no amount of pest control seems to stop them. Various things tend to break often (which i understand because the appliances are usually old) but the maintenance staff always argues with me about whether or not they should fix it because it isnt 'broken enough'- and yes, when your fridge stops getting cold and food starts to spoil it is broken. The new management are rude and extremely unhelpful. Whenever I did anything other than turning in money, they were not happy to help me and extremely standoffish. There are a lot of fake 5 star reviews because the management holds monthly free giveaways for 5 star reviews ( things like nachos coupons from small restaurants). THE ONLY REASON YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE IS IF YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. When i left i had spent days cleaning my apartment and still gotten charged $800 for 2 stove drip pans! (Which cost about $30-50 at Walmart.) I have friends who were charged even more. This place is cheap at first but extremely expensive to leave. I Would only recommend this place to someone who has no other choice!
I have lived at Tuscany for several months and until end of last month I wasn’t sure if I made the right choice. The new manager Crystal is amazing and making my home the perfect choice! It is amazing what a difference one person can make to an entire community. She has created a sense of community and takes care of everyone. I would highly recommend Tuscany!!! They will be my home until I graduate from ASU! Thank you for caring!
