We've lived here for over a year. We're generally satisfied with the staff, amenities, and service. We've also extended our lease. Everything is fine, except for the ridiculous situation with the rent payment periods. Thank you.
It’s been good, being next to the tennis court it can get loud from 5-7pm but everything else has been great. Other than that maintenance have been great, comes within an hour for emergency and responds to every inquiry.

I have really enjoyed living here so far. Terri is very friendly and I enjoy how peaceful it is. Once in a while I can hear the kids playing from outside of my window which brings positive vibes to the quietness of the setting. The open parking is never an issue even if you don't have a garage space.

Hi, Good experience so far. The front Office ppl are very helpful. Spacious apartments. Nice community area. There is a good kids playing area in the center of apartment complex. Could improve gardening near that. But it serves its purpose. They have a beautiful pond with a fountain. But couldn't walk around it, May be due to security issue. But A walking ramp around it would provide a good place for residents to walk around and watch the beauty of pond. These are just ways to improvise.Overall I am happy.

Nice place to live. I don’t regret move to this complex of Apartments. I the ladies of the leasing office are really nice. They help a lot when I move in and appreciate all they did for me. The place looks very clean.

When I awakened to no air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year, on a Friday morning, I was concerned I’d be days without a/c. However, the crew here quickly and efficiently assessed the problem and within a few hours or less, my a/c was cooling again! They are always there when you need them and won’t ever leave you in a lurch! They are attentive, helpful and willing to help without hesitation. An asset to our community.

The move in was awful. We got here and they had changed our move in day without telling us. Which means when we got here the aprtment wasnt ready, and by the time it was we now had to move in during a thunderstorm. Our cat got lost during our move in and we had to stop and look for him in the rain. Come to find out the cat went into a hole that was left under the bathroom cabinet and got stuck. We spent HOURS in the rain looking for him before we realized that there was a hole inder the cabinets in the bathroom. On top of that, we were told maintenance was going to help us bring in our washer and dryer but they never took the apartment's ones out of the unit so we had to just keep ours outside in the moving truck. Long story short, we never received help bringing ours in after 6 days of asking the office and them telling us they would.This is by far the worst move in experience I've ever had.

Our maintenance team are not allowed to move residents personal items and we are sorry that you were given incorrect information. Thank you for bringing to our attention, we will work on improving our communication and service to prevent such occurrences in the future. When you applied for an apartment home with us you applied for a move in date of June 28th which was the earliest the apartment could be made ready. Our leasing consultant communicated that we would do our best to get you in the home on June 25th and sent a move in cost letter with that tentative date. We could not meet that date and an updated move in cost letter was sent to you on June 10th confirming original move in date of June 28th. A lease was also sent to you on June 10th reflecting the move in date of June 28th. We would love to meet with you and turn around your experience at Jackson Square, communication is normally our strong point, we are truly sorry we missed the mark here.
The staff is super friendly staff, there are nice amenities for the residents, always something going on for residents such as Bingo Night, Arts and Crafts ,and Jackson Square Apartments is in a convenient location to local retail, restaurants and major highways.

Jackson square apartments has been home for over 5 years! Since new management took over, we noticed more amenities within the apartment complex. Not only the amenities but the up-keep as well. They also host numerous events throughout the year . The front office staff- Mrs. Angela, Ms. Terri, and Miss. Baileigh have truly been amazing and always address any issues or concerns we have regarding our apartment. the maintenance crew fix anything that needs attention within a timely manner and work the extra mile to get it fix within the day they have it on their schedule.

I have lived here for nine years. For me the location in the NE part of Tallahassee next to US319, Thomasville Highway and I10 is just right. The buildings themelves are very solid and the soundproofing from adjacent units is the best of any apartment I have lived in. The maintenance response is within one day and the people they hire are courteous and competent. I don't want to say any more because then too many people will want to live here and the rents may start going up too fast.

Very lovely complex, apartment is very nice and location is really good! Neighbors seem very friendly. There is lots of parking and the complex seems committed to creating events to benefit residents.

I chose this apartment based on its location. It is close to everything, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. I have just moved in for a week but it seems like a nice and quiet neighborhood, managers are friendly, maintenance is quick and responsive.

I have been blessed to live in such a wonderful community. It is nice and quiet here and the layout has some great green space. The complex has a newly updated playground just in time for kids who are out of school to have a safe space to play. The pool is cool and refreshing and my grandkids have loved going there for the past few days. The staff is very approachable and responsive to any issues the residents may have. I have had the opportunity to meet the maintenance crew on more than one occasion, nothing serious, and they have been quick to fix any issue encountered. The community has food trucks that visit and the management hosts little get togethers like pool parties or movie nights for tenants. This is a great community with quick access to I-10 and HWY 319 which can get you anywhere in Tallahassee quickly. Shopping and dining are convenient and it is a short walking distance to some park and garden spots. I highly recommend checking out Jackson Square Apartments.

We moved in and instantly made friends! The pool and gym are wonderfully maintained. I have used the business office for remote work. It’s been a great fit for us.

Best apt complex in Tallahassee! Great neighbors, pet & kid friendly and lots of law enforcement here. 5-13 minutes away from anything you could need.

Very friendly management team members who make us to feel home, with kind and prompt maintenance service staffs. Nice neighborhood with good rating elementary school and pool party let my daughter to make freinds easily~
