I moved here because of the price, but I'm staying for the location! It's close to work and tons of casual spots to eat during the week. Also the staff is super chill, and the apartments are a good size.
My dog loves it here! There’s plenty of space to run around, and the dog park is such a bonus. Staff is friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet. Couldn’t be happier with it
It’s so peaceful here. I love being able to relax in my backyard without any bother. Maintenance is really good about fixing things too. Overall, yall made me satisfied
Hidden off the main stretch on Military where it gets busy. Pleasant staff and nice amenities for the price. Good amount of space and I am happy to see the upkeep of the grounds unlike many others
Helpful & very friendly staff, they make it feel like a home. It is near a busy intersection but it’s very secluded and private feeling. Maintenance responds quickly and does a good job. Overall, love it

Close to a lot of the city but cheaper than neighborhoods in north SA. Roomy unit and lots of areas to walk around and lounge. Reccomend it definitely

I left another place that was a lot more crammed with your neighbors right on top of each other. And not a lot of outdoor space or areas to breathe especially with a dog. this is the complete opposite! Love the open feel here

Spacious layout is a dream! You also get a ton of natural light because it's 2 stories and more windows above your living room entrance. really gives the place a bright and airy feel. There's plenty of room to work or relax and even have some people over on weekends
I can’t believe how terrible this apartment complex is! The management is completely clueless, and they never respond to maintenance requests on time. The air conditioners are never working, and the water keeps turning off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away!

Lovely property and lots of new stuff has popped up or is popping up nearby soon! Much more affordable than other neighborhoods and you get more when you factor everything in. Brooks is a really nice oasis within the southside and Ivy Plains fits right in keep it up

Was staying here with my girlfriend for a while, she picked a great spot! they keep the place clean, sidewalks and tree shaded areas are lovely. community feels safe and the neighbors are friendly, best I've stayed at so far and I've even been in nicer neighborhoods up by stone oak for short period

Nice to deal with and attentive and professional all around. They help give it a welcoming small community feel but a lot of space to walk around and enjoy when it is not too hot outside!!

I like this property it has a lot of space outside to enjoy like a nice pool and areas to grill and relax and play basketball even. 5 stars for sure

Especially if you work anywhere in the area. Very convenient to get to work, and all the errands I need to run are within 2 or 3 minutes. Not too far from downtown and pearl too. They keep the place up nice and I like the two story unit, feels more like a small house instead of a normal apartment

I do not know if last review worked OK, but love it here! My kitchen is nice and all my appliances seem new, my upstairs floor is cozy, and it's nice to have my own backyard. Lots of parking, nice office staff, and neighbors all seem cool so far. Awesome.

Ivy is a nice and quiet after work, lots of nice young folks I've met so far. Neighborhood is a good escape from other busier areas with a bunch of traffic or businesses. Love the convenience of all the errands I can run nearby and parking is very easy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility!
A lot of open space to stroll around and the dog park is perfect. The area is clean and well kept, and our pup loves running around the dog park and playing with the toys. Happy to be here, and the thought and care that went into the small things is nice to see
It was so easy to move in, the staff is really good and helped me out, and it's nice and quiet here. The second floor and backyard is nice to have in my unit, never had that at other places. For sure happy living here
Really enjoying it here so far. Have not tried it yet but the little BBQ picnic area and dog park is cute too. Want to invite some friends to grill. My place comes with a backyard too which is included in the price, love all the extra space for summer especialy
This property has new management and they've been turning this place around. The buildings look so much nicer and they're adding a lot of new amenities. I'm so excited it looks like they're almost done. The people in the office are helpful and quick to address any of my concerns.

This property ha changed management various times and have had very unreliable maintenance teams. The current team is doing well but the buildings are old and just being patched up. There are pest issues and a/c and heating issues.
