Terrible Experience
"Island View Apartments" gives you the idea that you can SEE an island... or maybe even some water... all you get are trees. The name itself is false advertising. The construction of this complex is a joke. I lived on the bottom floor and consistently heard BOTH units on top of me. So, I was up at 5:30 AM every morning due to the slamming of doors, cupboards, stomping, pacing, running and jumping. The kicker was, they would be up until 2-3 am. Maintenance never did a full job, they only patched issues or temporarily fixed them (I know this is because the owner wants to spend as little as they can so they keep making their $$$). So, a long story short - if you want to live in a run-down, poorly managed apartment, this is the one for you!
