Overall the apartment is great and in good condition. Service request are addressed promptly by friendly staff. Staff rarely respond to emails and common areas are always in need of cleaning.
Ironwood keeps us well informed about the community at large. They keep us informed about upcoming events and available resources.
Newness, cleanliness, style, brightness, uplifting environment, just sheer perfection.
It was a great experience moving in, Ironwood offers many amenities and also the smart home features are great.

Epoca Ironwood is a great community to live in. Clean and up to date apartments with alot of great amenities. I haven't felt this comfortable in an apartment ever
Ironwood is a new community but a great one. They are updated, well put together and maintained. The staff if friendly and helpful when things are needed to be fixed.
