I have lived at IronRidge since January 2022 and currently renewing my lease. Both the office and maintenance staff have been great! The apartments are large with various floor plans. The kitchens are very nice with lots of counter space and cabinets. The complex grounds are well maintained. It’s truly a great community to call home!

Great staff, community events and amenities! Parking could be better, but it’s better more often than it’s not. Location is perfect because it’s close to downtown and local events (15 mins from The Pearl), but it’s in a quiet community itself so you’re close to the action but not “in” it. It’s really good for folks relocating to San Antonio. Start here and work your way out!

Living here has been amazing so far. The community is always kept up with & kept clean! They pick up trash daily! They have resident events that bring the community together & really great amenities! Very spacious floorpans that are actually affordable!

I have been a resident since the beginning of construction, here at Ironridge at Hill Country Village. For me, the location doesn’t get any better than Brookhollow and Hwy. 281… the airport, Heb, loop 410 and 1604 is a must, for convenience. The maintenance crew is an A and if ever a question, management is there to answer. I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone in the need for, or just looking for a new change of scenery in the city of San Antonio.

I have lived at IronRidge for several years and I love it! The floor plans are designed well and square footage is not wasted! They have nice large kitchens, in unit washer/dryer, garages are available and some units have small yards. The water and utility cost are great. The office and maintenance employees are the Best! They address concerns immediately and truly do their best to ensure the resident satisfaction. I am so happy with my decision to call IronRidge home!

Security is great, apartments are great, amenities are amazing but maintenance is a nightmare. Maintenance takes forever to fix the smallest issues. and the package room is bug-infested.

Loud neighbors, maintenance workers making the worst noise at 8am before business hours start, front office does nothing about it. I also don’t appreciate maintenance coming into our apartment without giving us a notice that they’re entering. Entry gate broken and cars being broken into. Hardly any parking available.
Ceci was amazing! She made move in quick and simple. The property and my apartment are beautiful. The location is fantastic, so much to do nearby.

The community is very nice, clean and has very modern finishes in the units. Cecilia M. from the office was very pleasant to work with. She made the process easy for me to choose this complex over the many others. She stayed in contact with me for over 2 months until a unit became avaliable. They kept me informed and worked with me to get my desired floor and floor plan. It's a nice community and minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, dining and shopping. The Maintenance team is phenomenal responding to workorders very quickly. The office staff put on a Christmas party that was a fun way to meet new neighbors and enjoy the amenities that they provide. They also provided a gift wrapping station in the office, with lots of supplies to wrap presents ?? at no cost to the residents. The bbq food truck that was here a couple of weeks ago was some of the best bbq I have ever had! The office sets up awesome events to participate in and get people in the community out to meet each other.

I love everything about my unit! I do feel that the bedroom windows could be better insulated from the highway sound, though. Everything is digital at this complex, which makes it very convenient to access the gate and mailroom!

Moved in 2 weeks ago and I’ve had the perfect experience leasing the apartment, moving in, and I don’t have any complaints. The apartment unit was immaculate just like the demo apartment and it feels like a safe place at night. I love it here.

The application process was fairly simple and quick. Any immediate issues were addressed quickly once we moved in. The property is very well kept and people pick up after their animals! Work lounge is great for remote workers and there’s a nice selection of snacks.

As far as our satisfaction we are super satisfied with everything the staff has done. The people above us however, they have no respect and continue to stomp and jump like the floors are trampolines. From 9am til 1 am they are stomping on purpose for no reason.

Very gorgeous apartments with a nice view. Has a lot of stores close by. 15 minutes from the Riverwalk. I would recommend it to anyone who loves peace and quiet

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and getting ready to sign another lease. Complex has nicely designed units and the utilities are very reasonable. Neighbors are pleasant and the complex has a friendly staff and feels like a community.

Parking is very limited. Would be better if there was more parking available and not have to walk across the complex to get to your apartment after you park

We recently moved into Ironridge at Hill Country. Our experience here from beginning to present has been good. The office staff has been very helpful and responsive unlike other places we visited and applied to that didn't answer our calls or took forever to process our application. The unit was clean and in great condition when we moved in. Parking has not been an issue here and maintenance service is timely. It's really been a great experience here so far!
