The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Inverness Apartments
Overall I can’t really complain about this place. The building I live in is pretty quiet for the most part and my neighbors are nice. I may have just lucked out with the building I’m in but my neighbors have been here since I’ve moved in and no one has kids or drama. I’ve had a few issues with maintenance but those were addressed. The ladies in the office were always nice over the phone and in person. I have lived here for 5yrs and will be moving soon due to other circumstances. Other than that I’d stay here.
I've lived here for 7 years and can't wait to move when my lease ends. Management does not care about the safety of the residents. If you bring up a concern they will tell you they can't address it because you didn't call the police...and even if you do notify the police they will give an excuse why they can't address your concern. I was almost attacked by a neighbor and MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING! It's stated in the lease that any safety issues will result in being evicted...but Management only enforces this when they target certain residents. A neighbor in my building stated she was threatened by a gang member and Management did nothing about that too. Also, there are constantly issues with water main breaks so don't expect to have access to water daily if you move here. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else!
When I moves out, my deposit was not returned to me in full for a reason that was made up. Management claimed I did not returned an item when i actually did. They must have displaced it and wouldn't admit it. Don't go there, they will make up a reason not to return your full deposit.
This place is trash. If you like constant noise and doors banging all the time, or even walking into clouds of smoke from those friendly neighbors who enjoy smoking weed in the parking lot. Maybe the sound of cars without an exhaust to speeding through the complex will better suit your taste. . The neighbors even leave their trash in the hallway for you to smell. My air conditioner that looks to be about 40 years old never shuts off because it's not efficient at all. It causes me to have an electric bill of over $200 dollars a month ( I live alone). I addressed the issue numerous without a solution other than them saying its working fine. So I took a peek and here are some photos of my vents as well as the trash that's always in my hallway from the neighbors.
I love my apartment complex..i have a big living room with a fireplace and it's my first apartment the people around me are very friendly and since I work at Walmart the ladies in the office are friendly as well cause I try to pay my rent on time and there always there to answer any questions I may have. . I would recommend anyone to live at the apartment complex that I'm at we have a big pool and a gym room .. the space I have in my apartment is just right for me I'm so glad that I chose Inverness apartment to be my first home.
This is a good place to live as your first apartment. The rent is reasonable and you have all the pros of living in a bigger town, Deptford. The wood burning fireplace is great too! The leasing office is open on Saturdays, which makes it a lot easier to communicate with them, and they are always great at responding to emails.
Inverness Apartments is a good place if you aren't rolling in the dough and still need a good place to live. The office staff is extremely kind and the maintanence crew works wonders around the clock. If you want to be centrally located this is the place!! Minutes from Philadelphia, less than an hour from the shore and a quick drive to Delaware.
