Very friendly place to live, great for anyone looking for a nice apartment complexes, pet friendly and awesome and friendly management. They will work with you to get your apartment.
Staff is top-tier. The environment is peaceful, clean and friendly.. Also very affordable. It has a park/trail on the opposite side of the street. I enjoy getting my exercise daily.
Amazing staff very professional and prompt. Very kind residents like family. Also awesome to have a park near by for the kids. Also pet friendly. Love it !!
It’s a great and quiet place to live. Everyone is always helpful and things get fixed in a timely manner. Management is great! The pool and playground for the kids is an added bonus!
Me my daughter and boyfriend have been staying here since Feb 2020 and we have loved every bit out here from the office managers to the people who live around us are so loving and out going. The complex is very peaceful and the pool makes it even better especially when you stay right in front of one. This was the best move for my family and i. Thank You Internationals Village
I have lived in my apartment since October 2019 and it has been the best! Management is great, and they address any issue I have had since moving in quickly!
These are the nicest apartments I’ve stayed at! It’s quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommended!
I enjoy pretty much everything about living here except for the maintenance. I have had multiple A.C. issues since moving in and every time I call about it they do not list it as a high priority thing to take care of and usually takes longer than a day for them to come out and fix it since it doesn't classify as an "emergency". It's difficult for me to understand why this is not an issue that they don't see as very important while I watch a maintenance man re-paint parking lines.

Every A/C call for unit #159 has been responded to and repaired within 48 hours of the call being made since they have lived with us. Please keep in mind that we are in the middle of the summer, and our A/C technician handles calls in the order in which they are received. No one is given preferential treatment but everyone is taken care of. The gentleman you are referring to painting the parking lot is not an A/C technician but was more than happy to help us bring you a window unit until the A/C could be fully repaired. As of 11:50am 8/7/2020, your unit was completely repaired and it took us less than 24 hours as you yourself confirmed via email. We also allowed you to keep the window unit through the weekend in order to keep you comfortable, after all that’s our job.
I'm a newer tenant. My husband and I have lived at International for almost 6 months. They made the process of getting and apartment extremely easy and even stayed late one day so my husband could make it in time to sign the papers. Our neighbors are friendly and 98% of the time it's super quiet. All of our appliances were brand new and never used, but none of them have had issues so far. The staff is always friendly and greets you with a smile when they see you. The surrounding areas are very well neighborhoods that I'm not sure have ever had crazy crimes. I definitely feel safe here even if I was to be single and living alone. Overall, we love it here...clearly! Highly Recommend

I just moved in about a month ago and I’m very happy with this complex. It’s quiet, with no craziness going on. Neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. They have addressed any needs I might have very quickly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. As a single adult female, I feel very safe here.
As a single mom of 2 boys this is the perfect place for us. It is nice to end the day feeling like you are “home.” Everyone is content! There is a nice park across the street for fitness, relaxation or if you simply just want to enjoy nature. All 4 of the LCM school locations are close which is so convenient! Newly remodeled, modern/clean feel. The management team have always been friendly and has addressed any concerns/maintenance request quickly. When I ask my boys if they are happy here they tell me, “This is home.”
Been here for 2 weeks, front office staff made getting an apartment easy. Nice being so close to LCM schools.
I’ve been here for about 3-4 months now and they’ve treated me really well. When ever I have an issue with my place the maintenance workers are there within a few hours. And best customer service
Management is very nice. Been living there over 10 yrs it's quite love the idea of being right by a Park. Very quite and neighbors are really nice.
Me and my wife have been live here over 26 yrs. Great management Austin and William handles problems quickly. Very quite , well kept, and great neighbors.
The new management horrible disrespectful and do not know how to treat residents,I wouldn’t advise anyone to live there a BIG Fake!

We invite anyone to visit us at International Village Apartments and see for themselves the professionalism that every member of our staff exemplifies every day to every resident. We would love to solve this particular concern, but being that this was never voiced to us personally, nor have we ever had a complaint of this nature, we are simply left scratching our heads. In the meantime, come check out our newly remodeled 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units complete with wall to wall tile, granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets and new appliances. Residents enjoy 2 sparking pools, 1 mile running park next door and some of the most FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL on-site 24 hour maintenance and managerial staff in the business.
Office people are nice but they don't take care of the apartments Way out dated property maintenance is not done Metal post holding up stairs to get to second floor are rusted out New rules no one is allowed to own a weapon on the property taking away your second amendment rights as if this property is safe Storage rooms are always getting broken into No security now you can't even protect yourself. They act as if these are nice apartments they are cheap so you know why people live here

During the last several years we have done extensive work to bring the property not just up to date, but to the peak of what Orange, TX has to offer.
We have lived here for about 7 years now. No complaints. We are right by the pool and enjoy it every summer. Our neighbors are nice and we all look out for each other. The office staff is really friendly and addresses our needs quickly.
