Century Town Center

Been going downhill since 2021. Dirty breezeways. Is there a landscaper anymore? Gym equipment is outdated; broken. They “fix” it then it breaks quickly again. Office staff do not follow up on anything. They just smile and say they’ll address it…but never do.

If you rent this place just to let you know this is a beautiful place to come. I love the pool, the gym and the lobby are amazing. Our 1 bedroom town homes is beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings, large kitchen ,room and garage. Robyn and Gina are amazing team in welcoming us.It's a nice place to rent and I enjoy it.

Robyn is a great leasing agent when I was trying to move in and very attentive when helping me with everything my moved needed! Thank you so much!

I've been at Century Town Home for a couple of months for work and can confidently say it's a fantastic place to call home. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and the on-site staff Gina and Robyn are incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. They made my stay at this property memorable. The community is quiet, with great amenities like a clean pool and fitness center, and the location is perfect for easy access to shopping.

My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year now and we have been nothing but absolutely pleased. Gina and Robin at the front office are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They strive to create a warm, family-friendly environment where all feel safe and welcome. They have gone (and continue to go) above and beyond for us to ensure we have the best experience while living here. I could not recommend this place more!

I recently moved into **Century Town Center**, and my experience has been largely positive. The **location** is fantastic, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. The **apartment amenities** are well-maintained, including the fitness center, swimming pool. The **management team** has been very responsive to any inquiries or maintenance requests, which is a big plus. The apartments themselves are modern, with updated appliances and spacious layouts. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Noise insulation between apartments could be better, as occasional sounds from neighbors can be heard. Overall, **Century Town Center** offers great value for its location and amenities. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected place to live, with just a few minor adjustments needed.

Its great here and i love the Buildings and the amenities. I would highly recommend to anyone. Love the location close to grocery stores such as TJ.

My wife and I have lived here for a year now and would certainly recommend it. It is a quite nice apartment when I feel safe. The residents are very friendly as well

I recently applied online for my unit at Century Town Center without seeing it in person because these floor plans rarely become available. I must say I was truly impressed! The move-in process was seamless, and the unit matched the floor plan on the website exactly. I also had the chance to view a different layout, which gave me a good sense of the finishes in my unit. I am incredibly thankful for Aerille's and Gina's help—they are definitely the dream team at Century Town Center and this is the best location to live at in Gainesville for sure!

so far so good except the loud footsteps from one resident at upstairs. clean and quiet environment and very kind staffs. only one real issue is someone upstairs is walking like elephant.

This community is such a beautiful, clean, fun atmosphere with nothing but amazing staff, great neighborhood and the complex has such great amenities. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Staff is helpful, apartment was very clean upon move in, grounds are taken care of well. The amenities are great, especially the pool! Parking is great and the place is quiet.

Upon completing Ross Veterinarian school in St. Kitt's, my daughter needed an apartment for her clinicals at UF. After looking at several different apartment complexes, we decided at sign a lease with Century Town Center. The office staff were very friendly and inviting make the choice to stay at Century Town Center a no brainer. The entire process was very easy, making our move date of May 1st a breeze.

There were a couple hiccups transitioning from south florida to Gainesville but when you’re moving that’s to be expected right? Arielle and Gina were great from touring the property up until moving in. Very welcoming. So far i love my unit. Looking forward to my experience here at Century Town Center

-The door handles to the 2nd floor of the gym is broken/unusable along with a good chunk of actual gym equipment. water is rarely refreshed in the gym area. -Printer is always out of toner/paper, etc. -pool is full of leaves and not being maintained anymore? -breezeways were suppose to be routinely clean and are NOT. The camera proves no one has cleaned the breezeways in at least 3 months, but it’s been significantly longer. -recreation area is only open while staff is present. -maintenance change every few months and they have complained about this complex…. -the list goes on and on- if you mention any issues, staff- esp Regina-smile and saw they’ll take care of it to your face, but then do not. If you follow up, they again just smile or get frustrated with you- very unprofessional. People live here for convenience to butler plaza/shands hospital. The rent is ridiculously high and for what? It’s not that nice. This place use to be good until century town center took over.

Several cars recently broken into. The building’s fire supervisory alarm has been beeping for over a month and nobody has come to fix it. Great location but the rent prices are insane.

Excellent place close to shopping and college. Gina and staff are awesome and so many amenities to count. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!!! The bus station is right in front of our community, so it’s pretty easy to go downtown or to get to the UF Shands Hospital. Everything is new and well cared by the administration. The gym and pool area are beautiful places to gather with family and friends.. and people here love dogs! ?? Our Leasing office is ALWAYS available to help us in everything we could need! I couldn’t have found a better place to live !

Such an amazing place to live! Great floor plans, spacious rooms and closets! Close to all the shopping and restaurants. Pool is so nice and the grounds are well kept. Gina is so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend and great place to live!

The move in was very bad. Our place was not cleaned or finished. Took months to have everything fixed. The apt itself is nice and the amenities are great as well. The people are friendly and the people who work here are friendly

The breezeways are sooo dirty, even after addressing with management. Nests, dirt, bugs, cobwebs in the staircase, trash. Someone came to clean a couple of times, but it is not routine as promised. Been disgusting for months now. Girl needs to be assessed more often. Propane is often empty. Landscaping has gone downhill. Maintenance changes so often and we haven’t had great experience in this area when we need something addressed. Stopped using them unless absolutely necessary. Maybe the new person is better? The pool area receives 4.5 stars for cleanliness. Wish the pool chairs had a head rest. Quiet and mostly young professionals.

I’m constantly impressed with how quick and thorough maintenance and management handle any issues that arise. If you’re looking for a place to call home, look no further! Amenities are incredible. Management is responsive. Truly, this is the best apartment complex in town.

Century town center first started as an apartment, but turned out to be my home. The staff is so awesome same as the residents. I would definitely recommend living here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at this complex for more than 2 years! The pool was my favorite place to spend time - it was saltwater and had a great environment. The units are beautiful with modern design and appliances. Maintenance requests were answered relatively quickly. Gina and the rest of the team in the office were very kind and helpful! The location by Butler Plaza and UF was really convenient. Enjoyed being a young professional here. I recommend!

My apartment building is very quiet and the grounds are well kept. The security gates and other features are an added piece of mind for safety.

Wonderful and peaceful place to live, with families, dogs, gym, pool, everything is great!! Also, the professionals that work here are amazing and helpful!!

The management has helped me with whatever I need however the cleanliness of the common areas such as hall ways, elevator and stairs are disgusting. These apartments are too new to be this nasty. I would not renew for that reason . It’s embarrassing to bring guest over and she how nasty the common areas are kept.

The amenities are the best I have found in the area and the staff has been nothing but helpful with my moving in process.

Don't be fooled by the amenities. Alarm in my daughter's building at Century Town has been going on for days on end. It is right outside her door, making it difficult to sleep or study. Management has completely ignore numerous requests to rectify the situation.

The apartment was nice when first moved in but now it’s mold and A/C doesn’t work. The maintenance stuff needs help. No A/C for a whole month and half. The maintenance stuff put in a little widow unit for the whole apartment. The pool is always has leaves and bugs in it. They don’t clean the pool. There is mold in the apartment. People with pets don’t pick up their pet poop. A lot of people are not renewing their lease once its up. Save your money and don’t rent here.

Do not rent here. They make you take Valet trash service and that service will not pick-up more than one trash bag per day from a specific container. They say they will pick-up your moving boxes, but they will not. This is very poor management. I regret I signed the lease at this complex.
