Directly across the Potomac, residents enjoy fast access to Downtown DC and all of its attractions, including the National Mall, the Smithsonian, and the Lincoln Memorial.

One of the top apartments in the Arlington Area! Super friendly staff, great amenities, spacious floor plans with lots of natural sunlight, amazing location. Community hosts fun events from time to time. Did I mention they also have the best prices in the area!

I’ve been living at the Instrata for 4 years. I really like it here, it. is very convenient. It is Walking distance to basically all banks, grocery stores, shopping mall, movie theater, restaurants etc. The complex it self is great living at. The staff are polite and very helpful.

It’s been really great living here. The area is peaceful but you also have everything you need around you. Instrata has gorgeous amenities like the gym and pool and the staff & concierge is wonderful!

Every service request has been completed promptly and efficiently. This last time they went above and beyond and also replaced my bathroom lightbulbs (one had died but I didnt say anything)

I have lived here for nearly 6 years and been very happy. It has been a good experience. When my older dog passed away Management arrived at my door with condolence flowers and cards.

Friendly staff and clean facilities throughout. Gym is probably the nicest you'll find in any apartment and the neighborhood is safe with the metro steps from the apartment. Looking to make improvements where possible, this apartment is ever evolving. Very happy living here.

Amazing communication and community. Leo is attentive and friendly, and the apartments themselves are incredible. I really am enjoying my new home.
The Instrata Pentagon City staff is excellent and make this apartment feel like a community. Leo and Debbie were very helpful during the leasing process and continue to be wonderful throughout move in and into my first few months here! Lamont and Marcus go above and beyond and answer all my questions before I even ask them. Additionally, the parking garage is very secure, the amenities are top notch and maintenance is quick to respond. We are glad we chose Instrata!

This is a great place to live. Community members are overall pretty friendly. The community areas are always neat and clean. The gym is great for basic exercising. And the pool is a good place for gathering and swimming in summer.

Great staff, location and amenities. Nicest gym for any apartment building that I've lived in. People are nice and generally quiet. Proximity to metro is a huge perk for me. Being close to two grocery places are a big plus as well.

Instrata was a fantastic place to live. The entire staff was always kind and generous to me and my dog. They go out of their way to make it a great experience to live there. I think it's the best location in Pentagon City. The metro is a walk away, and great restaurants surround it, all within walking distance. If I ever get stationed in the area again, I definitely will be back. Thank you, Instrata Staff!

The location can't be beat and the apartments are nicely configured. The amenities are great and the staff here cannot be beat. Clean spaces and modern design in the shared spaces are also very nice. Lots of restaurants in the area and only getting more. Close proximity to two grocery stores and the metro is fantastic. I'll stay as long as the rent doesn't get out of hand.

I love living at Instrata, the management is excellent, both Debbie and Sanjay, and are very professional. The maintenance is very quick to respond also. I have a dog, and Instrata is a very pet friendly building, we are across the street from a park, and a dog park. We have monthly social events which are fun! Great location too

Instrata is a great place to live, has great staff (concierge, maintenance, and others), and is within walking distance to shopping, food, and Metro. The building is well maintained and has recently gone through some renovations. As a community, Instrata offers friendly gatherings. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure residents are content. We have been here four years, enjoy the atmosphere, and the friendly people we meet in the area. Very nice experience, the customer service to residents is the best, amenities look like new and always clean. Great gym and pool area. Location is great, shopping mall, restaurants, grocery store and metro station at short walking distance.
