Property Ratings at Instrata Little Italy
Although we’ve only been residents of Broadstone Little Italy for 2 weeks, we are loving it! Our apartment is very nice and although the building is located in a busy area of town, the noise is not bad because I’m sure the windows are double (triple?) paned and the doors are heavy. The amenities look beautiful and seem to be well maintained - we haven’t had a chance to try them out yet. We’ve interacted with Rachel and Ellie and they are both friendly, warm and helpful when needed. Maintenance is very good as well. Fernando aims to please. The security is also very good. The community has had 2 fun events in the 2 weeks we’ve lived here. How great is that! We love it and can’t see why we won’t keep enjoying it!!

I love living here. Apartment staff is kind and professional. My neighbors are friendly and courteous and all the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this building for a community and a quiet home!

I recently moved into Broadstone Little Italy after researching place to live in the Downtown San Diego area, and I'm so happy I get to live here! The team here at the leasing office is amazing in every way that a tenant would want them to be (which is super important in my book), the amenities are.everything you could want, and the location is amazing (I feel like I'm within walking distance of everything - and if I'm not, I'm right around the corner from a gas station and the highway). The neighborhood I'm in is pretty sweet, too! I'm surrounded by so many unique shops and trendy restaurants that I feel like I'll get to explore for quite some time and find little neighborhood gems. Like I said, I'm new here - but I can't wait to stick around for a while and experience all of the cool things to come.

Prior to two months ago, I would highly recommend Broadstone for its outstanding amenities and friendly staff. Due to several pest control/maintenance issues and not a whole lot of follow up from staff, I wouldnt recommend it anymore.

I've lived in this community for 4 years and I love it! The location is great, the staff is very helpful, and I have everything I need here. The management is responsive, patient, and respectful. If you are interested in living in the Little Italy neighborhood, I would highly recommend!

Broadstone Little Italy is a wonderful apartment complex with an amazing staff. Sasan and team are true professionals and were/are accommodating to all my needs. The building is clean and has many amenities. Location is prime, not as hectic as Gaslamp, walkable to great restaurants and safe. Would definitely recommend Broadstone Little Italy.

I do love living at broadstone, Jay is a great building manager that makes everyone feel welcome and part of the community.
On a recent visit to San Diego for New Year I met with Mr. Lulak a manager at Broadstone in Little Italy. He was able to show my wife and I how fantastic this property is. The color schemes in the hallways and throughout the building are amazing and reflective of Italian culture. The apartments are so well laid out and the facilities available to residents are extensive and fabulous for entertaining. The whole building is so well maintained.
I have lived at Broadstone Little Italy for some time now and I can confidently say I couldn’t be any more pleased, yet I get happier by the day! Starting with the staff, I haven’t leased with a staff that’s been more personable, friendlier, attentive and hard working. Vi is one of my favorites, so sweet and always a pleasure talking to her. Seeing what the staff go through from a lot of these residents pains me because they do the best they can, even if it’s not in their power. At the end of the day, they do have to run a business but they run it fairly and appropriately as they can. You live in Little Italy, and it is such a convenient neighborhood around great restaurants and close to the water. Although it’s inevitable, noise is definitely going to be a factor in this area. Whether is being Gaslamp or easy village. I love how they always spoil residents and throw lavish residents events and always think of creative ways to do it. I enjoy going to them and it’s always a pleasure. Thank you Broadstone Little Italy!!
