Located between Ocala and Orlando, Wildwood is a small but growing town in Central Florida. Commonly referred to as the “Crossroads of Florida,” Wildwood sits at the convergence of several highways, including I-75, Florida’s Turnpike, U.S. 301, and State Road 44.
Draped in Spanish moss, Wildwood maintains a secluded, Old Florida feel. Residents enjoy all kinds of outdoor recreation in Wildwood, with quick access to numerous wildlife management areas and expansive lakes. I wish we had bigger back yards and the houses weren’t attached but they are great quality. The houses them selfs look amazing on the inside but no room for a dining room table if you have one
Everyone is so nice and caring beautiful community so happy to finally be in a home where the people come together and enjoy the company of friends and neighbors
Love it here. I would highly recommend coming to check it out and moving in here. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. The gym is amazing.
The people in the office are amazing! And the community is the nicest I’ve lived in! I would highly recommend anyone to live here! Wish i could give more than 5 stars
Quiet, safe, and cozy. Feels like home. The office staff is communicative and kind. They try to do their best to make sure everyone has a wonderful place to live. Have loved living here so far!
Staff is amazing! Some minor things need to be fixed already such as the flooding on the porch and more pest control in the house. No complaints other than that

So far my experience has been pretty good living here but there is a few things I believe that can improve the community experience. 1. The mulch the community decided to lay surrounding all the homes is very horrible. It constantly gets all over the pathway to your home especially during rain storms. Grass would have been 10x better and less messy. It would look 10x pretty having more grass. On top of that the mulch usually should be replaced atleast once a year and it hasn't been changed in over 2 years. The amenities here isn't that great. They don't offer any drinks or snacks at the clubhouse. The pool could barely fit 10 people in it without being on top of each other. Its by far the smallest pool compared to other communities. The entrance gates are consistently out of order. I also consistently have to deal with the power consistently flickering during rain storms. My backyard also gets flooded where its almost about to come thru the back door.

Thank you for the 4-star review and presenting your concerns. Our staff has done the best we can to communicate the steps we are taking to work on those concerns to the entire community. Working on issues like the water run-off, drainage and mulch can take some time to work through and it is hard for folks to see those efforts. As mentioned however, we are working on all of those issues in multiple locations on the property, including your backyard. The area takes on daily storms that at times can knockout power to both the residencies on property as well as our gates. Thankfully we work with our gate vendor to continue to have them up and running for the community as quickly as possible. We're sorry you feel the way you do about the pool area. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to make it larger, but we are grateful the community has a beautiful pool and spa that in the year we have been here gets lots of use by our residents. We’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and I can confidently say this community is something special. From the moment I arrived, the leasing girls worked quickly and efficiently to get me settled, and that same level of care has remained consistent ever since. The maintenance team is not only reliable, but genuinely kind — they’ve become familiar faces and true friends we love running into. Buck, Diesel, and I are beyond grateful to be part of such a warm, welcoming community. This is home for us. ??
Wonderful community. Neighbor and staff are friendly and helpful. Love the private backyards and the all the natural light the layouts permit.
It’s a nice place to live, very quiet. The homes are nice and a good size. Pool and gym are great. The gates can be a little finicky though. There have been a couple times when they started to close when I was halfway through. The backyard area has artificial turf. It was fine when I moved in, but the first time I went to sit out there about a month later, there were weeds everywhere. Overall though, I really like it and am glad I moved here.

So far everything is great. Nothing has been wrong with anyone everyone here is just delightful! What I love about the apartments is the storage space.
Great people working in the front office. The house is amazing. A lot of run in the kitchen and living room area. The master bed room is huge and lots of room in the closet.

The pool @ sauna are relaxation heaven, I’m working up the courage to hit tgym-well equipped gym! The community is relatively new and the grounds are kept manicured. I enjoy walking my dog Luna around the lake, & she enjoys the dog park!

I can’t say enough good things about this community—the neighbors, the leasing team, the maintenance crew—everyone is incredibly friendly! Living here truly feels like being part of one big family. We’ve met some amazing people and plenty of four-legged friends along the way! Every evening, I take the boys, Buck and Diesel, to the dog park, which is easily the highlight of our day. They’ve made so many new friends and we absolutely love socializing with everyone!

It’s so quiet and peaceful! Residents are friendly and management are wonderful. Maintenance has been quick to respond and are friendly and helpful.

Been here one day and everyone I have came in contact with have been very nice. Staff is awesome. Grounds are maintained nicely. Feel like I am really going to enjoy living here.
