Great building in an amazing location. The apartment itself is great. My unit has a spacious, open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light, which I love. The amenities are always clean and well-maintained, especially the pool and fitness center. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a coffee shop and grocery store just a few blocks away, and it’s a short walk to my job.

I have had a great experience in the last several year here at INSPIRE Downtown. The location makes it very easy to get to the highway and the location to restaurants local bars an parks is convenient. Our current staff is easy to work with and the maintenance staff is available to help with any changes or updates when needed. I would highly recommend a visit to see our environment.

Inspire provides ideal downtown living if you want to be truly downtown. Rent remains competitive with new construction going on, and it is only a 30 minute or so walk to the Pearl District which is not bad except during the hottest 3 months of the year.

I love it here. The location is super convenient—you're downtown, close to everything, but far enough from the chaos to avoid heavy traffic. My only two complaints are: there's almost always one elevator out of service, and motorcycle parking is an issue. It doesn’t make sense for motorcycles to pay the same as cars and oversized trucks. I just end up parking my bike at a friend’s place.

Getting ready to renew my lease! The Inspire Downtown is a wonderful place to live! If you like to socialize with your community, this is the place! The Inspire offers activities like book club, community events like a Fiesta party and once a week neighbors get together for social hour. Management is attentive and the maintenance team is quick to respond within 24 hours or if it’s an emergency sooner!

The South Tower elevator has been out of service for several months. The constant updates that the issue is still “being worked on” without any real progress is becoming increasingly frustrating, and it is impacting my overall living experience. This ongoing inaccessibility is not acceptable for a building of this size and resident volume. The new wristband policy for pool use is disappointing.Requiring residents/guests to wear wristbands in what should be a relaxed, community-oriented amenity feels excessive and unwelcoming. It detracts from the comfort and enjoyment of the space.Rolling gates in the parking garage are frequently left open at night/ aren't functioning properly, creating security concerns/the exit arms are broken weekly. The people that live here are great and I do enjoy living here. However there’s been just a lot of poor handling of maintenance with the building and feeling we are held to follow so many building rules with no accountability owned from the many misses of maintenance. I’m starting to feel this is losing its homey feeling. I hope this turns around soon

The South Tower elevator has been out of service for several months. The constant updates that the issue is still “being worked on” without any real progress is becoming increasingly frustrating, and it is impacting my overall living experience. This ongoing inaccessibility is not acceptable for a building of this size and resident volume. The new wristband policy for pool use is disappointing. Requiring residents/guests to wear wristbands in what should be a relaxed, community-oriented amenity feels excessive and unwelcoming. It detracts from the comfort and enjoyment of the space.Rolling gates in the parking garage are frequently left open at night/ aren't functioning properly, creating security concerns/the exit arms are broken weekly. Terrible apartment staff. This apartment has the worst staff that I have ever encountered. There are constantly amenities that are broken, the elevator has been broken for months. This place is supposed to be a “luxury” apartment but it is rundown and Chelsea the manager does a terrible job daily. They never believe their residents (even if there are homeless sleeping in the building).

The property is a safe place to live as long as residents are mindful of not letting people into the building. The equipment in the work out room needs to be updated since the treadmills make a lot of noise and are actually quite dated.

South tower/commerce elevator is always broken. The 1st week of March-wasn't working, but was repaired. The following week it broke down again and has been out of order since. If someone happens to be moving in/out of the building and reserves the freight elevator that only leaves one working elevator for all residents and wait times can get lengthy. 2nd downside is the exterior call box/entry system. I moved to inspire in March of last year ('24)they could not add me as a new resident. Took until 1/22/25 for them to repair it and get me added to the call box. I had the luxury of letting in guests and deliveries for exactly ONE month. On 2/22/25 I reported the exterior call box was not working. They called the vendor out and said it was in working order but on 3/10/25 an email was sent out saying they were working on repairs but it is still out of order. At move in I was told exterior windows were cleaned twice a year. They have not been cleaned once since I have lived there.

If you are looking for downtown living, Inspire Downtown is the place! Great location for restaurants and entertainment. If you are a fan of the Majestic theater, it is within walking distance. The amenities are great. Fantastic views from the roof top pool and hot tub amenity deck. The deck offers plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun. Feeling the urge for a cookout or a workout? The bbq grills and Gym are perfect for both! I have loved every moment of living at The Inspire Downtown!

The Inspire is a great community with many restaurants and bars and very close to the San Antonio River. Also, very close to venues that have concerts , comedy shows as well as performing arts. We have an amazing office staff as well as the maintained crew. I have enjoyed my tenure (8yrs)

Great location, despites being located downtown, you rarely heard loud noise from the city! The elevator has failed a couple times but they fixed it immediately!

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and it’s been really peaceful. I have no complaints about any of my neighbors which has never been the case with my previous apartments! It’s always been really quiet and I love that. I like how clean the place is kept and how involved management can be with organizing events for us tenants. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes the single city life.

keeping the entry and exit gates closed is a big deal for us. plese keep doing that. and Thank You. we like that the halls are kept vaccumed. more control of people and their dogs are needed. Seeing pee in the evelators are a no no.

Hot tub temperature was set too low and when office and maintenance staff was informed, it was quickly brought up to within normal range of hot tub temperature settings.

The property is not properly maintained and has issues with break-ins. Parking is 135$ a month. Several people, including myself, have gotten trapped in the elevators since management won’t properly maintain them. The dog park turf is not cleaned or changed out and is extremely gross. Do not recommend moving here for the cost.

Place is nice and affordable for the area. But there could be some improvements. Hallway carpets need to be changed out and I wish they would repaint the hallways from the ugly pink color. But staff is nice and helpful. Great views and nice amenities

Public parking decreased the value of the property. The gym close at 10pm. It should be 24/7. Dog poop and pee on the elevators and 5th floor walkways. I park on the 5th floor. I have to pay attention where I’m walking to prevent from having poop and pee in my apartment and vehicle. No security, homeless people in the building.
