Quiet building with friendly people. Love the management and maintenance staff who are always quick to respond. Nice common areas both inside and out including grill space and a doggie park. Worth a look if you want to try out down town living.

I have lived at Innes Station for 4 years, and I absolutely love the social environment of the complex and convenient location! Perry Reid is a reliable management company, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The historical parts of the building that have been kept make it unique. Definitely would recommend this complex and management company!
We have lived at Innes for 4 years and it has been a great experience each year. Our 2 bedroom has tons of space and we don't see ourselves leaving anytime soon! Lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance as well!
Innes Station is a great place to live. It’s affordable and is the perfect location in Old Town. The community is also amazing. If you want the perfect downtown living experience, consider this property!

I love being walking distance to so many places. Seriously 5 minutes and you're at the arena, or the river, or the movies, and there are way to many places to eat to count. You could probably eat somewhere different every night for at least a month! As for the apartments, they are great too. Spacious, great price for the location, awesome neighbors and excellent management!
