I have had a great experience here. The staff are friendly, and the maintenance team is exceptional. Buildings are nice and well-maintained. They do community events. The pool is very nice and taken care of.
Inman Park is located in a central location with great access to the mall and many other amenities. The staff is great and living at Inman Park has been a joy.

Incredibly friendly and a very easy transition to move into. We moved from out of state and the experience was easy and swift. We weren't able to get here until after the main lobby was closed however we were able to get our keys after hours.

I am going in to my 3rd year at Inman Park. It’s a great community, tucked in a nice neighborhood! It’s quiet and as a single Mom I feel very safe here. It’s has a beautiful landscape and very well kept. The management and maintenance are top notch. No waiting on any repairs and all are kind and great to work with. The pool and gym are an added bonus. Love the location, too. Close to both 440 and 540. Inman Park is the best kept secret of apartment communities! Come take a look! You won’t be disappointed.

Inman Park Apartments offer a quiet, well-kept community with spacious layouts and plenty of green space. The location is convenient—close to North Hills, shopping, and major highways. Maintenance is responsive, and the staff is generally helpful. Some buildings are a bit older, but overall it’s a comfortable and affordable place to live.

We have been here at Inman Park one year. It has been the most enjoyable time. All our maintenance needs are responded to in a timely manner with friendly, helpful staff. The grounds here are manicured with classic landscaping and kept well on a routine basis. During snow/ice, walk ways and common paths are treated beforehand and cleaned afterward. Buildings are touched-up with paint and community lights and fixtures are kept up and lighted. Our apartment is a ground floor, is quiet and people around us are friendly and courteous. It is easy to take care of a place that is consistently taken care of by management. Thank you.

A welcoming and efficient community characterized by its cleanliness and tranquility. The community features a dog park, an excellent gymnasium, and a pool area. Additionally, there is a scenic trail nearby.

Living here is nice. The place is clean and the parking is easy. I wish the gym had a squat rack or at least a smith machine. At the very least the gym could have more than 1 bench

Inman Park Apartments is a hidden gem. The apartments are well kept and the layouts are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to downtown Raleigh with ease of access to 40, 440, and 540. The front office staff are courteous and responsive. The maintenance team are quick to address any concerns submitted. The common areas are kept clean and the grounds are always well maintained.

The community has been wonderful to me since I moved in. Not only is it an extremely well-maintained facility, but it is also quiet, and the apartment is lovely. Maintenance is quite responsive and transparent about any issues they need to address.

Living here has been a great experience. The office staff and maintenance staff are great. There is plenty accessible amenities close the complex. I would suggest making this your next home.

After moving 3 times in a year, I can consider myself lucky to live at Inman Park. My apartment is my happy place, facing south, with a beautiful view, light all day, cosy, in excellent conditions and the maintenance team is simply the best. The laundry room (a real one!), the entrance, the fireplace, the spacious kitchen and double bathroom with a huge bathtub, the walking closet and many others, the covered balcony…just make it the perfect place to live for 1 or 2 persons. I cannot recommend any other place that offers all this for such a reasonable price!

Nice and quiet apartment, spectacular maintenance crew. I only hear the cabinet/drawer sound every so often from neighbors. The mature trees make this place feel like home.
