I’ve lived here for four years, and my experience has been mixed. During my first two years, everything was wonderful—the staff was friendly, compassionate, and always went above and beyond to create a strong sense of community with fun activities and events. Overall, my experience has been okay. While the community has great potential, I do hope to see improvements in staff communication, enforcement of policies, and more family-friendly amenities to bring back the welcoming atmosphere it once had.
Loving it so far. The leasing office has been so helpful and the property here is maintained so well. The day I picked up my key, they even left treats as a move-in gift for my pets!

Incredibly friendly and a very easy transition to move into. We moved from out of state and the experience was easy and swift. We weren't able to get here until after the main lobby was closed however we were able to get our keys after hours.

I am going in to my 3rd year at Inman Park. It’s a great community, tucked in a nice neighborhood! It’s quiet and as a single Mom I feel very safe here. It’s has a beautiful landscape and very well kept. The management and maintenance are top notch. No waiting on any repairs and all are kind and great to work with. The pool and gym are an added bonus. Love the location, too. Close to both 440 and 540. Inman Park is the best kept secret of apartment communities! Come take a look! You won’t be disappointed.

Inman Park Apartments offer a quiet, well-kept community with spacious layouts and plenty of green space. The location is convenient—close to North Hills, shopping, and major highways. We have been here at Inman Park one year. It has been the most enjoyable time. All our maintenance needs are responded to in a timely manner with friendly, helpful staff. The grounds here are manicured with classic landscaping and kept well on a routine basis. During snow/ice, walk ways and common paths are treated beforehand and cleaned afterward. Buildings are touched-up with paint and community lights and fixtures are kept up and lighted. Our apartment is a ground floor, is quiet and people around us are friendly and courteous. It is easy to take care of a place that is consistently taken care of by management. Thank you.

Living here is nice. The place is clean and the parking is easy. I wish the gym had a squat rack or at least a smith machine. At the very least the gym could have more than 1 bench

Moving from South Florida to Raleigh was a big transition, but Inman Park Apartments made the experience smooth and stress-free.
