Been here over a year, so far everything is going great. Customer service is good. If there’s an issue, can always rely on a fast response. If something is broken it gets fixed in a timely manner. It’s quiet for the most part. I feel safe here.
Great place! Can’t complain, I’ve even recommended it to DoorDash drivers! Only thing is that some residents speed through the parking garage with no repercussions and almost cause accidents.
Good community and enjoying the time living on the property. Communication has become much better dealing with situations that arise on the grounds.

I have been living at Inkwell Decatur for 3 years, and my experience has ups and downs. The apartment staffs are always willing to help and improve. It makes living here enjoyable.
The entire staff is doing theirABSOLUTE best to accommodate residents. The maintenance requests are always same day, and the facility’s grounds are always clean and well sanitized. One of Decatur’s best properties!!!
The apartment is good. Good amenities and friendly staff. The only down side is the lack of security in the parking garage. My vehicle was broken into (windows smashed) and many others have had similar experiences.
Good comfortable place to live for a certain amount of time. Staff in the office is wonderful and easy to work with. The only concern is that some residents don’t value the property as they should.
management and maintenance very quick to respond to issues-been there 3 months so far and am very satisfied with all aspects except some of the younger clientele, who are getting weeded out
I recently moved to Inkwell, and I absolutely love it! My apartment is absolutely beautifully done with a versatile modern interior. The lighting is great, and there are plenty of outlets and storage space. I don’t hear my neighbors very much at all- as opposed to many other apartments where I could really hear the people above and below. The location is awesome- right near downtown Decatur and many other wonderful places to shop and eat, and just a few minutes from a lot of other popular neighborhoods. The staff has been amazing – Dwight, Tony, Jessica, and Keith have all been very responsive and friendly. I hope to stay here for a long time!
Very nice I love the layout of the apartment, roommate style 2 bedroom. And parking is easy, there’s parking on both the left and right of the building.
I already love living here despite a few move in hiccups. The property is well maintained and l love all the modernized amenities this property had to offer. Having so many great shops/stores in walking distance is also a plus!

This is by far the worst building I have ever lived in. The apartments are decent for the price and that is the closest thing I have to a compliment for this place. There have been several management turnovers within the time I have been here which has led to absolute chaos. However, that's not the worst part about this building. The current management is the worst thus far. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in a building manager, ever. I have worked in commercial real estate my entire life for one of the most successful private real estate investors in this country. The people I work with (and for), would never tolerate their tenants being treated the way we are treated at this property. The building management always displays an air of arrogance and an attitude towards the tenants that I have not ever seen before. The management appears to be incredibly jaded in what they do - or are supposed to do as our building management. Simple tasks that should be handled in a professional and efficient manner, are drummed up into grandiose problematic issues. There is always an over arching feeling that as a tenant, you are an imposition to them. Because they may be busy drinking their coffee at that time, or smoking a cigarette out back. Whatever you do, avoid this building at all costs.
Would especially recommend this to a student at Emory or someone wanting to live in Decatur because I think it is in a great location. It is a clean, safe community and has easy access to many places.
Nice place but rent is high and there aren't many amenities (free coffee, snacks, etc.)
Pegasus Residential is a horrible leasing company. They have horrible customer service and maintenance is poor. The garage doors in building 2 is constantly broken where you can’t get in/out of the building. If you call maintenance, no one will get back to you in a timely manner making you late for work or other functions. There are urine stains on the carpet from the dogs. Also, some of the residents aren’t pleasant. This is supposed to be a non-smoking community, however, you can regularly smell weed in the hallway and in the common areas. Some residents have 50 people in the common areas having a party and leasing never says anything to them. This apartment complex has ruined apartment living me. Also, the trash rooms are disgusting. For the amount of money you are paying, it’s not worth it.

I moved into Inkwell Decatur in March 2020 and have been impressed with the complex ever since Natasha (my leasing consultant) welcomed me at the door. The building is brand news and aparments have state-of-the art fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, etc. The amenities are wonderful and I love using the two gyms and common area spaces. The staff are uniformly delightful to interact with. The minor maintenance issues I've noticed have been addressed IMMEDIATELY. Inkwell is doing a great job with programming and making residents feel welcome. I've gone to happy hours in the building and at a local restaurant and have loved the visiting Food Trucks. They share coupons from local vendors and I've won one of their raffle prizes. Honestly, this place is absolutely meeting all my needs. I visited and compared 9 buildings befrore choosing Inkwell Decatur and I couldn't be happier.
