I helped my friends move in today. I am a little jealous of all they are getting with the clubhouse / amenities! The gym alone is so enticing, the pool is so perfect….free coffee all day yum, super clean, kind neighbors, room to roam around and not feel so cramped. If I am ever in need of an apartment, I am sold to be here!!!

I’ve really enjoyed living here overall. The apartment complex is clean, fairly quiet, and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights is the sense of community — there are regular events that bring residents together, and it actually feels like people care about where they live. The only major downside is the Internet. The connection can be frustratingly slow or unreliable at times, which is especially inconvenient if you work from home or stream a lot. It’s definitely something I hope management addresses soon. Aside from that, it’s a great place to live. Friendly neighbors, a peaceful atmosphere, and a strong community vibe make it feel like home.

I have lived here for two lease renewals. You can’t find a better place. They are super friendly and always willing to help. If you need maintenance they are quick to respond. The trash valet is awesome! You couldn’t find a better quiet place to live! I highly recommend them!

Overall a great experience. So many pools and clubhouses to choose from in this wonderful community! Maintenance request are finished in a timely manner, the only critique would be a heads up when they are coming due to having a four legged buddy in the apartment. Infinity holds monthly events which is soo fun but sometimes I wish there was more notice on them. All in all though it’s been a great place to live.

Bug, insect, and cockroach infected building. Major issues with parking. Grills don't work. Fire pit doesn't work. Pool is always down and closes at dusk. Issues with getting your mail. Key fobs for amenities did not work for three weeks. Cannot reach ineffective staff after business hours.

We retired a little over a year ago. We looked in Okaloosa, Walton, Santa Rosa, and Bay counties. We came to INFINITY because they have the best of everything! Best amenities, wonderful staff, animal, friendly, no complaints at all! We are so glad we chose to live here.

Easy to apply and staff is very helpful. The apartments are big and priced appropriately. The amnententies are great and there is always events. The elevator in the building went out for a while it did get fixed. Noice complaints were receieved, it seems to be the building structure that causes it be easily heard from other apts. The maintence was attentive. The school and construction around infinty apts and freeport make traffic busy during season.

Infinity Hammock Bay is a great community and the staff have become great friends. We haven't lived in an apartment for over 25 years and had just planned on living in Infinity for a year while we searched for a house in Hammock Bay. But the amenities are amazing and the apartments are so nice we might extend our stay!!! The entire complex is well maintained and the maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any requests. As an added bonus you get to use ALL of the amenities in Hammock Bay!!!

This is a wonderful community Been here for a little while and one thing that really stands out to me is the workers!! The grounds look incredible!! Had a little bit of issues with maintenance other than that wow come one come all it's a wonderful place great community !! good people!!!!

I am so thrilled to be moving in !!! The grounds are beautiful with so much attention to detail ! The girls in the office are amazing Lindsee Katlin and Summer each helped us through the process with kindness consideratiun and once again attention to detail ! Comfortable friendly living. Countless amenities like a general store and brewery a few steps away, 2 pools plus a lap pool. Access to 2 gyms and miles og walking trails. My unit has a full laundry room with 2 soaking tubs. Spacious rooms and large balcony. Fast and helpful front office always available to help, and fun activities at least once a month. Best apartment living around.

Infinity Hammock Bay is by far the best apartment complex that I have stayed at. The front office lady’s are amazing and friendly. They do monthly events to bring the community together and have a good time. I love the amenities that are provided from the pool, grills, 24/7 access gym and more. Highly recommend living here even if you are still waiting to buy a house.

I love Infinity for so many reasons. 1st the staff is ALL incredible warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive. They have community events to bring neighbors together on the absolutely stunning property. The amenities such as the salt water pool, gym, car wash, dog wash and multiple dog parks make it a perfect peaceful and fun place to live. Grateful I found Infinity! -Emily

We moved here in August and there are so many wonderful things to do here on the property and directly off the property. Its close to all the major beaches but far enough out for us to enjoy the quiet living we are use to. The staff here have been wonderful to myself and my family through the whole moving process. We have a pool table, fools ball table, multiple tv's inside and out. A wonderful pool with a fire place and fire pit with very nice grills to cook on. Its just been absolutely amazing since we moved here. We couldn't of picked a better place to have called HOME.
