The new managing company are making repairs around the property and it’s so nice to see they are trying to uplift this community. The office staff is super nice and maintenance always comes quick when I submit a work order

Current resident and these apartments smell like pot and have trash everywhere. Try to get a maintenance appointment and you'll be ignored. The walls are paper thin and the apartments have water leaking issues. Dog poop is everywhere and no doggie poop bags or poop drop off sites are provided on the property. The new management no longer accepts checks and you must pay rent through their portal which costs you $9.00 to use.

When we first moved in we were very excited because the apartment looked nice. After we moved in our neighbors above us blast their music non stop. Not only that there's drug activity and we found several drug baggies on the ground when we walked our dog. The smell of pot is so strong in my apartment. We had to buy a ring camera because someone was urinating on our door. The smell was terrible. Also, we think maintenance came into our apartment when we were not there and left our door open. My dog could have gotten out. Also, they've made false accusations about my dog to harass us. Please read their google reviews.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and they were not the best of a living arrangement for me.....Pros: Quick/Easy to lease, Convenient location, Pet friendly, Maintenance is nice and timely, a place to rebuild credit or first apartment.....Cons: Not up-to-date, rental price does not match the worthiness of the property, dogs can poop wherever and no one clean up after their pets, if you’re a clean person stay away because people tend to just throw trash anywhere, not for long term housing, no washing machine/dryer in apartments, abandon wrecked cars in parking lot

Do not move here, they lie about everything, they have bug problems and it takes maintenance forever to get things fixed right.

This place will let anybody in here. This place is out dated and side of building are rotten. If you have no place to go this is the place. Police are here alot. Thay do not keep place up.

These are big spacious apartments and they are pet-friendly. However, at night the neighbors can sometimes be a little loud on the weekends. These apartments are located next to everything. Dining, shopping, and movies are all nearby. Overall, the staff is nice and friendly and the apartments are well maintained.

Really good location. Maintenance is Excellent. good pricing. Some issues with water lines and dryers still don't work right after 3 years living here. Other than that Very Nice

Decently price very conveniently located to to restaurant,the movies, and the mall. Needs some work on the outside of apartments to brighten it up. Very nice pool.Appliances we're good AC works good

Resident since 07/2014 - If you are looking for high speed internet availability on property...not here as advertised. For which I didn't find amusing at all. I have not seen a playground nor a basketball court yet. FYI..There are no laundry hookups in apartment, but laundry rooms in the buildings (small and costly). Primo location near..malls, restaurants, freeways, schools, colleges, hospitals.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. From the moment you walk into the apartment complex you know all they want is your money. They lie about their availability because they want you to feel like you're getting a good deal but when you look around a ton of the apartments are actually vacant. The place is pretty run down and they hide the mistakes by covering it with a fridge and what not. They have a bug problem and their maintenance can't fix simple air conditioning issues. They close the pool frequently so there's no point in using it and I'm not sure how some people even passed a background check to live there. They won't give you back your deposit and they don't care once they have your money. Hopefully soon an inspector will come and fail them for all the problems with the complex. The company that manages the complex doesn't care either.

Stay Away from this apartment Complex. Started to see Bedbus in the Apartment, called the Maintenance, no one showed up, Pest Control Came once in 2 months timeframe, and Apt. Management sent the bill for $1200.00 after leaving the apts, and blamed us for taking the Bedbugs. Never seen a single bedbug in the New apt i moved in. Sheryn the Manager, said no body called in maintenence and has no record, when i was going personally in there to ask them to send the pest control. Worst Experience I ever had with Apartment Management. Stay away from this place, you'll stay away from Bedbugs.
