Found two scorpions in my apartment. I have a small pet and my roommate is allergic. Management couldn’t have cared less and was extremely heartless. Telling me they don’t want to pay $75 to have a service fee for pest control. I can’t believe they value human life below $75. My roommates chances of dying are very high if stung by a scorpions management knows this and does not care. $75 is very very important to them.
I really like my location even though it's not like the apartment they show you when they you do the intake process I was told my apartment wasn't upgraded wasn't upgraded so when we came in it wasn't as nice as I thought it was going to be my washer and dryer are old the washer is taped together I asked if there were roaches and was told no we definitely have a problem with roaches I hate them they are nasty.
A great place to live. Employees are great and very helpful.

The place itself is beautiful, HOWEVER they took 170 from us because they claim we never had the carpets cleaned. They lost whatever paperwork or something. They never cared enough for us to show our receipt and on top of that, they sent us to collections. Which is how we found out about the 170. Just be careful and take picture after you clean it before you leave the place because they also said we didn't clean our fridge. Which was a straight up lied.

They need to get this staff analyzed or get new people in the office. One lady clearly doesn't want to be there at all considering how miserable and rude she was being. Really despicable.

I've lived here for coming up on four years and this current management and staff is amazing. As was the other, but I see and feel the improvements that are currently being made on a regular basis and this is what keeps me resigning and a happy resident here at Indigo Springs.

Overall experience here has changed drastically. Since the new ownership the front office are very unprofessional, theyre very short when we contact them and always blow us off, not sure if we want to renew after our lease is up

It's a very fine apartment complex. This place has a strong community experience and good amenities. Location is quite lovely, but rent is a bit high considering the size of the apartment.

The office staff is very friendly and addresses issues rapidly. The application process was quick
Indigo Springs has treated us pretty good so far. Even when we had issues they always helped us out Very communicative, professional, friendly. Ive had no issues with neighbors so far everyone hete seems very chill and to themselves. Maintenance man John is great. Always does great work and also is very friendly.
Overall it is comfortable living environment
So far it's been a great place to live. The office staff is amazing. They remember my room mate and myself just based on the move in process. They will also email you friendly reminders when your rent is due. The only issues have been the timelines of maintenance work which I believe they we're under staffed so it's understandable.

These apartments are nothing super fancy but they are definitely above average. Pricing is fair, and they maintain the property very well.
Indigo Springs is a nice community, the office management is very courteous and professional. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive. Our apartment is very nice with a good amount of room and the neighbors are good. I recommend this property 100%
I love living at this apartment complex! The ladies in the front office are some of the friendliest people I have met. They answer emails promptly and have made me feel very welcomed. However, I am not happy with the maintenance team. I have put in maintenance requests and it has taken weeks for someone to come and attempt to fix problems. Recently, I have had several emergencies arise and the supervisor didn't seem to care or "think" it was an emergency situation. Thankfully, Jeff, was there to help me and took care of the problem. He's the only one on the maintenance team that seems to care and fixes problems correctly. I don't trust anyone else on the maintenance team and will be placing requests for Jeff to come if there is another problem.
This place is gross, we moved in and with in 5 days we had bed bugs all over us. They wanted us to pay 250.00 to get the bugs out. I know for a fact they were here when we moved in. I even mentioned the carpet seemed to have a smell and they promised they would come clean it again. That never happened. The front office management is a Joke. They just keep making excuses and nothing get done. Renting here was a big mistake.
I really enjoyed visiting this complex and the models were very nice. Unfortunately, they are locked into a 1980s mindset which makes them difficult to work with if you're moving another area. Make sure to bring certified checks and such with you, since no matter what the front desk tells you while you're there, you *will* be asked to drive all the way back with them (300 miles in my case - no thanks)
My apartment is great... Big space for decent price. The office staff is always nice. I have never had big problems just your normal issues that have always been fixed with in a day or two. I've never used the gym or pool but they always look nice and the landscape is always kept up. The people below me sliding glass door is awful loud and they are all chain smokers so that can be super annoying but I don't know if its just them or every door is that loud. My only real problem is all the kids that hang out by the mail box riding bikes and running in between cars but that is from the lack of supervision the office should come up with something to get them out of the parking lot I would hate to see someone get hurt.
The most helpful staff that I ever met. We ran into a few bumps while we were applying for our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, but the leasing staff went above and beyond to help us get into our beautiful apartment. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Also, we have not seen one bug since we have moved in, this is very important to roommate, she is terrified of bugs- so that is a huge plus! The pools are clean and never too crowded. The pool/spa near the front office even has free wifi! The equipment in the gym are clean and top of the line (and open 24x7 which is great for my schedule). I would confidently recommend indigo springs to all of my family and friends!

You always get the occasional jerk, but we have a lot of great families and an Awesome program called CARES that holds 2-3 events per month including a BOMB Christmas party in December. Been here almost three years and that's what's kept me here!
The staff in the office had been really friendly and apologetic towards my problems since I have been without a working washer and microwave to two months. The area isn't that great either, I have had my car broken into. The parking lot is prone to flooding, as well as the entrance.
I'm a young adult bouncing from apartment to apartment sharing a place with multiple roommates at any time. Indigo Springs is by far the most ideal and accommodating for the money that I pay. The office staff are very gracious and kind, and are willing to work with me on many things. The maintenance staff are limited, so it takes a little while for things to get repaired. Overall, I'd highly recommend Indigo Springs to anyone with a small budget.
I have lived in this community for 10 years now. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Over the years I have had a few problems - all of which were handled to my satisfaction. No fluff. No hype. Just a decent place to live at a decent price.
Over all the apartment complex is good for the price and area. Our Apartment is up to our current standards and hasn't had any issues that weren't handled quickly. The staff is helpful and nice.
Roach Infested - I moved in 2 months ago to an apartment that was infested with roaches. I notified the office who acted as if they nothing of the matter. I told them these things had to be coming from neighbor units given the variety of sizes, they were well established. How can they survive in only an empty unit. They disregarded my concern of infestation in other units and sent pest control to spray. I continued to see roaches and was told wait 2 weeks for the treatment to kill the roaches. I kept my kitchen supplies, [pantry and storage supplies packed up so roaches did not infest all my belongings. I expressed my concern of the unit not being move in ready and the fact i could not use my kitchen, pantry or storage. This has continued every 2 weeks, getting fogged, sprayed, baited and still live with roaches. Before I walk into any room or bathroom, me and kids look down, up and on the walls in fear that these things will crawl on us and they have. One crawled on my sons back when he was in the restroom and one up my arm while in the kitchen. I escalated complaints to Pem Reg the apartments management company and finally got them to inspect all the other units in my entire building. They never cam out and said they were infested but they have fogged every unit afterwards. 1 1/2 weeks later, I am still living with roaches. I am trying to break my lease. The problem here is so bad that even fogging of all units hasn't gotten rid of these things. the mental trauma of not wanting to open a cabinet and see a roach or enter your kitchen at night or early morning will be a lasting effect. I live in building 1 and would not want anybody else to ever experience what me and my children have.
