Second time living here and thinks the Indigo is a terrific place. Staff is friendly and attentive. The building looks good. Package situation super convenient.

It feels super safe and the concierge team is very helpful and friendly.

Indigo is an older building with problems here and there. The same as we as a person. Indigo is well kept, has parking , Concierge on duty 24 hours and management team helps pretty quickly.

I love it here! Love the staff, maintenance, management, the building, the fact that there are residential activities (Halloween parties, movie nights, etc) and that everyone working here genuinely seems to enjoy each others company (and the fun pics/videos posted on Instagram like the Halloween reel)! Had a few issues regarding my apartment and neighbors, but the staff & management handled the conflicts extremely well and kept me in the loop regarding everything as well. I very much appreciate everyone here!

I lived here when I first moved to Portland in 2020 (and loved it). Life intervened and I left, but when an apartment became available this year, I jumped at the opportunity. Haven't regretted the decision and look forward to many more years living here. Location is great. The staff is friendly. Amenities are spot on.

The Indigo is in a very convenient location for urban living in Portland. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. The staff is not only friendly, they are rsponsive and always get to the finish line with respect to requests or issues.

INdigo does NOT disappoint! No matter if the issue is big or small, I know the management team has "our back" and the request will be filled with expertise, efficiently and effectively

A great choice if you want to be in the epicenter of downtown Portland. Convenient to Whole Foods and easy to access the 405 and I5. Great views of bridges, mountains, and downtown.

Indigo rescued us! We needed to find short term housing while our house was being repaired due to storm damage. I had lived in the Indigo in the past and was fantasizing about moving back in with my now teenage kids. It's awesome and I'm so grateful we are able to live here and be a part of the community. It does make me want to delay the construction process at my home (who says that, right?) so that we can stay here longer!

Indigo WORKS! It works for its residents and community! We are like a family! Our manager keeps us humming in sync. We really like our home!

any well furbished home with good appliances will have the occasional need for Apliance repair .. we did recently wlhen our ice maching failed .. We place a work order via the resident portal and within 24 hours we came home on a hot day to find we had ICE .../that made us HAPPY campers!

Indigo is the place to live, if you are moving here for awhile. It is not a high rise like some of the building coming to area, but it is similar to a community of its own.

We just relocated from Austin, TX to Portland, and we are enjoying living in this community. It is clean, safe, and the location cannot be beat. We toured 5 additional nearby apartments before settling on this one. The quality, location, and square footage are what really sold us.

Just moved to PDX from AZ and I could not be more happy with my choice of living. Indigo made it so easy from several states away to see what unit would be best for me and guided me through leasing and signing for it from AZ> The day i got to Portland and finally got to see the apartment in person it exceeded my expectations, building itself and unit. Everyone has been so kind and having someone at the front desk 24/7 really gives me a peace of mind living alone as a woman. Everything is always clean and is just overall amazing. Great walkable restaurants and area. If my company/ job keep me here I will definitely re-sign my lease.

Indigo is an amazing place to live. The staff goes above and beyond. Every is always on top of my requests or questions. The views from the amenity space are breathtaking and I haven’t had an issue with many things since I’ve moved in. I am well taken care of at Indigo.

Comfortable, like-new, with a view, well maintained & managed apartment. Great amenities such as an on-premises gym and planned activities by management. Examples include Super Bowl party and Star Wars trilogy movies, shown in Indigo home theater along with hot sandwiches and two tables laden with snacks and drinks. Also, a monthly free bagel with cream cheese morning.

The Indigo has been my home for 8 years. The location is great and the entire staff is awesome! The Indigo is the place to enjoy all that Portland has to offer. Give it a try!

I visited numerous living communities in Portland and Indigo was the most responsive. The customer service of the entire staff has been top notch. The building is gorgeous and I appreciate that it is a LEED certified building. Choosing to live here was definitely the best decision.

If it breaks it can be fixed. The indigo Maintance staff are efficient , timely, politely and skilled! I certainly try NOT to have work requests and handle carefully community property, but when it breaks I know I will have a member of the team to fix it!

Terrific building to rent from. Staff is courteous. Maintenance issues (very few) are taken care of quickly. The building is located at a convenient location, central to just about anything that I would want to walk to.

This is a beautiful building with the very best the city has to offer for views at an apartment building. The rooftop patio with gas fire pits is stunning. The management team is A . The tenants are friendly to each other and pets are like family here.
