Great community, quiet, convenient, close to everything and small.

I have lived at Indigo almost 2 years and am really happy with this community. They offer everything I was looking for when making my move to Phoenix. The manager, Cori, even came after-hours to help me with an A/C problem! I enjoy living here and plan on staying for a few more years!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Indigo. We live in a 1 bed, 1 bath unit and value the attached garage. Our apartment is fabulous, especially the kitchen! It has so much storage and space. Our neighbors are respectful and courteous, and the one time we had an issue we just talked to them and it was resolved. When we put in a maintenance request it is taken care of promptly, and everyone is kind and professional.

Our neighbors in Indigo have been kind and respectful. All of the staff have been very helpful and professional. When we had maintenance needs, they were addressed promptly. It has been a pleasure living here.

The timeliness of the staff help me get into an apartment within a weeks time....outstanding

Since staying in this home/community, I have not had an issue. The move in was seamless, the staff has been professional and responsive, and residency has been enjoyable. The design of the property and the apartment unit flows naturally, spacious and pleasing to the eye. I am very proud to be a resident.

Indigo felt like the right place for me right away and I was able to apply, sign, and move-in in a weeks time. I’m happy to feel at home in this community that is clean, quiet, friendly, and beautiful. The amenities are charming and not over utilized. Ahwatukee is perfect and has everything I want, and I’m happy that Indigo is remarkably right where I wanted to settle down at.

I have been beyond satisfied with my experience here at Indigo. It's a beautiful, well-maintained community to live in.

Leasing office community team took action on water damage from the roof and shower upon my visit to their office. I met the new maintenance lead who within one day was there taking pictures, then called later that afternoon to update me on the scheduled appointment. The team showed up on time, were efficient, and took appropriate efforts to protect the area and cleaned up their work site at the end. The maintenance lead called me back the next day to follow up and was responsive to my concerns for further sealing up the shower that day. Many thanks to the team for a thorough and timely effort!

At this time we have a good team in the office and maintenance. The premises are kept clean and the gardeners do good work.

This is a BEAUTIFUL community at a great location for us. Wonderful landscaping with lots of trees and many birds which we love. Staff very responsive and timely.

It's been a pleasure living at Indigo Apartments. The apartment is roomy, quiet and the neighbors are great. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and kept up well! I hope to be here for a very long time!!

Great floor plan and the community is amazing. Attached garage and location is a bonus.

We love this community and it has been the best landing spot for us when moving to the Phoenix area. We’ve always felt comfortable in taking any of our concerns to the office and we would be heard which we appreciate greatly.

Indigo is an amazing place to live! But, if you’re looking for a secure complex, suggest you keep looking. Times have changed, Indigo is not just a hold place, or a monthly rental, or until your home is being built, today, it’s our home and we expect “security amenities to be in working order! It has been approx 1 year that Indigo’s SECURITY GATES AND WALKWAY LIGHTING HAS BEEN, out of order! INEXCUSABLE………. REPLACE THEM IF YOU CANNOT REPAIR THEM! We are tired of excuses!

Indigo is an amazing community truly a hidden gem. They have huge units as big as 1524 sq ft and it’s so homey. I love it! Recommend 100 percent!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Indigo Staff… John in particular provided 5 star excellent customer service! Helped me in so many ways during my relocation to the area. I appreciate everything and I’m blessed and Grateful for his effort. The community is clean, well kept and quiet. The units are spacious, modern and clean.

Meghan and John in the leasing office are always very kind and professional. The facilities and property are always kept clean and well maintained.

I love it here. I am hoping that all amenities are up and operating. Our security gate, the keypad, jacuzzi and bbq pit.

Location and upkeep are excellent. Close to virtually everything: food, shopping, expressway! Far quieter than you would think being only about 1/4 mile from the interstate.

Management is positive and good communicator, very nice and professional and very courteous , thank you and keep positive.

Nice, quiet community, with a lot of turnover, because there is more focus on getting new residents than retaining current residents.

It sounds cliché but I love living here. The public areas are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The office staff are professional and friendly. One of the biggest complaints I read about other apartment complexes is not getting things fixed when a problem arises in or around an apartment. Indigo maintenance person, Charles is amazing. Seeing him around and his willingness to help with anything is comforting and reinforces my decision to sell my home and move here. Thank you.

This is a great place to live. The property is well maintained and overall beautiful to look at. It is also a safe and clean environment and mostly quiet. I also have very friendly neighbors on either side of me. Maintenance issues are addressed accordingly and resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Great place to live, cozy atmosphere, neighborhood feel ,In my opinion one of the Safest apartment complexes and cleanest. You might pay a little extra but its well worth it. Interiors of apartments are excellent! Very well spacious, from rooms to kitchen and bathroom. I will definitely give it four stars Five stars to me would be like living at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel ;)

Need better communication from the office staff especially when problems occur within the Indigo community, need to be more concerned about community residence, need a professional maintenance person on the premises.

Quiet complex, well manicured grounds. Neighbors are friendly and pleasant. maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Management is accessible unlike some apt complexes in the area.

My apartment is very spacious. With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room and attached garage it feels more like a home. It's gated so I feel safe. The pool is heated and the workout room has a sliding door that opens up to the outside. It's located 2 minutes from I-10 and the loop 202. I love it.
