Don’t make a mistake! Choose somewhere else to live! The worst ever

The AC has gone down 4 times (maybe more? I lost count)in the last year. Each time, it takes several weeks/months to resolve and the temperature in the apartments rises to insufferable levels. Most recently, it was 86 degrees in my apartment for about three weeks.

The building (Indigo) has been without air conditioning for 3 days now with no end in sight. This is the second time in less than a year that residents had no A/C yet are expected to pay full rent and utilities. The last time this happened there was no A/C for 2 months. It is a shame that ZRS Management is using the fact that there is no Florida legislation around landlords providing A/C to take advantage of its tenants. I am disgusted for everyone who lives here, including my family, who I am trying to relocate ASAP. It is worth noting ZRS Management is a national company with properties across the U.S. bringing in an estimated $184 million revenue annually.

It looks pretty but it’s not all that it seems. Don’t do it.

This is the worst! Utilities are a “shared cost” and doesn’t correlate with what you use at all, and watch out if the elevator or A/C breaks down, they’ll increase your “utilities” to get their money back. Windows are very old and slim so you can hear the police sirens blazing all day long. The location is great if you work nearby but if not, the traffic on SR 60 is horrible.

I've lived here 3yrs excellent place to live wonderful and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for wonderful and friendly atmosphere.

This is a beautiful apartment building. Situated on the direct path to beautiful Clearwater Beach, (voted one of best beaches in USA). Just 3 miles from the beach, newly rehab ed. All amenities are accurate, apartments have warm and restful beige interior. The entire staff, Nicki, Rachel, Roy, and TJ are there to assist you in a warm and friendly way. I did my research for weeks to find a new wonderful place to live during these trying time. A place that would not take all my earnings for a roof over my head. And allow me to create a great work/life balance. Thanks Indigo and staff. :)

I don’t recommend They call it luxury living….. that is a joke. I moved here from out of state, based on what I saw online. The pictures are doctored up, and I was forced to sign my lease before even getting to see the unit. I saw good reviews online, however quickly realized that is because the leasing consultant pressures people to leave “good reviews” the second someone decides to move there. I hadn’t even moved down yet and she was asking me to get online and leave a good review. I was told on my first day here by management that she lets the homeless wander into the building because they feel sorry for them… not exactly appropriate or comfortable for security reasons. In my time living here for 3 weeks, not one resident I’ve talked to has had anything good to say. The apartment was not move-in ready whatsoever. There are cockroaches in the building/ even in my unit on the first night, the elevators and floors are disgusting and always dirty, the in unit washer/ dryer does not actually dry your clothes at all, people congregate to smoke right outside of the door that people walk out of, people let their dogs poop on the main floor/ walkway and they just leave it, the walls are paper thin, you can hear the sirens going all night. I can see what they’re trying to do to transform the building into a nicer space to live… however, it is not there yet so do not be fooled.

Not "smoke free" and not enforced. Second and third hand smoke infiltrates other's apartments.
