I've really enjoyed living here. The location is super convenient, the community is walkable and friendly, and maintenance is always quick to respond. The amenities are great too! The gym is clean and never overly crowded, which I appreciate. One small suggestion: there seems to be space available, so adding an abductor/adductor machine would be a great addition to round out the workout options. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here!

With the new property manager things are so much better. I still think the front office staff can use a little training on customer relations from the maintenance team though. It was a little rocky initially but it's finally coming together. I need my dishwasher to work so I can finish unpacking. The parking for building 1-3 could be better with spaces.

Aside from waiting over 3 month for them to fix a water leak problem in my bedroom i can’t complain love it here. This is a great place too live.

Overall a decent apartment complex to live in. Construction outside can be noisy. Thin walls makes it so you can hear your neighbors. Decent amenities including pool, gym, etc...

Love the area, but concerns involve the weed smell in the community that goes into your own apartment as well which if you don’t smoke or like the smell of the smoke. Loud noises do happen at times but not too crazy. I’ve noticed some concerning cars in the parking lot when coming home late from work at night but unsure of that situation. Now don’t get me wrong, the area is laid back. Love being close to Harris teeter & the rivergate area center with all the stores. But definitely wish the clientele went back to not so sketchy people in the parking lot making you feel unsafe to walk around the complex. And the smell of weed is a daily consistency that I’d rather avoid being around myself. Also, if the club house had more than just one pool table, or other games (fooseball, air hockey, or maybe even board games - anything to just be fun outside of the events that get booked inside of it). Otherwise, it’s a good place to live & easy access to a lot of different areas and the outlet mall!

Customer service here is practically nonexistent. The head maintenance guy should probably teach the office staff some basics. The office team, including management, don’t seem to understand they’re in a customer-facing role. They rarely have answers, hardly ever answer the phone, ignore greetings, and keep doors locked for hours without explanation. Recently, a “back at 11” sign was still up from 12 to 3 p.m. after multiple attempts to reach them. I find it odd that four employees would take a 4-hour break. Security also seems low-priority, with ongoing car break-ins and no push for parking cameras. They’re focused on a dog park instead—though most would likely prefer security over convenience for pets. The elevator outage notice came nearly two days late, leaving me with groceries and three flights to climb. It feels like their focus is on their own convenience rather than residents' needs.

In terms of security, we’ve partnered with CMPD, and residents have informed us of additional patrols in the area. Our security company continues to monitor the property, and we’re also in the process of adding a new courtesy officer to enhance safety further. Additionally, we acknowledge that our office has been short-staffed recently, which may have impacted response times. Please know that we are committed to responding to all emails and messages by the end of the day. As for the dog park, this was part of our planned amenities for pet owners to enjoy, and we want to assure you that the safety of the property has never been overlooked. We’d welcome the opportunity to meet with you in the office to address any further concerns or clarify any misunderstandings. I've lived in my apartment for 3 weeks now and it has been a great experience so far. The leasing and maintenance staff are nice and professional, the grounds are well-kept, and there isn't a lot of commotion happening with residents in the complex. #NICE!

Overall I've very much enjoyed my stay. My neighbors can be a bit rowdy but it's manageable. I love the events and how amazing the staff is! Maintenance team is top tier and always prompt and efficient.

I love this community. Rarely does a problem arise but if there is, the staff is prompt and responsive with a solution. You get more bang for your buck with the space and the gym, pool, and clubhouse are always clean. They throw nice events and have food trucks if you're not in the mood to cook.

Love it here. It's close to all amenities, the pool clubhouse area is always clean. I think I'm getting a good deal based on the rent I pay.

Not as great as the first year living here honestly. Lot of changes, good & bad mixture I guess……think my least favorite though is a lot of people leaving trash on other peoples properties (the amount of cigarette buds, dog toys, gum/candy wrappers I find on my patio is insane especially when I don’t smoke or have a dog living with me). Otherwise, it’s still pretty decent for the most part. Wish I had a normal work schedule to attend these events & meet new faces though. The noises throughout the night also aren’t fun. I hear so much and I get it’s what happens with living on the main/ground floor. It still sucks to not have peaceful nights like we used to do cause the atmosphere & residents change over time.

the apartment was very nice. a lot of natural light, very spacious, great amenities, lovely staff and fun activities planned monthly. I felt safe there. Only thing is the noise from people near the pool area was a little annoying.

Great amenities, amiable and excellent leasing/maintenance crew to support you, community is bright, tidiness in & out. Clubhouse and Pool is great. Indigo at Berewick is located close to Harris teeter, Charlotte Premium Outlet, Theater, Walmart, Costco, International(Patel Brothers & Triveni)supermarkets. A comfortable home-like experience overall!

Indigo at Berewick has great amenities and very helpful and friendly staff available for all your needs. The proximity to Shopping & dining is definitely a plus for me! I have been here for almost a year and I have already spread the word to a friend who is looking to relocate!

Great community, nice place to live. Adjacent to shopping and restaurants and grocery stores.
Dirty, loud, parking still a problem even after instituting parking passes if I get in late from work. Appliances sub par. Refrig compressor sounds like a mini jet engine.
I overall am very pleased with my living experience. I love how the property looks it’s very nice and love the area. I feel safe which is very important to me.

The rooms are very clean and light. It is not worrying walking around at night, It is lit up and appears safe. AC is good. Staff is kind. Pool is fun!
Indigo at Berwick for me has been amazing experience since Graystar took over been here since August 2022, and it was a nightmare at that point it was Madison things were not taken care of properly or addressed. I am very pleased to say, and I’m a very hard critic that I am very very happy with Graystar, the management team, and the maintenance team, you can’t get any better than that they have turned this property around have gave us security, has made the community a little safer, and has also made it very livable and peaceable. I am very happy now. If it wasn’t for these changes, I would not be renewing my lease . Thank you Graystar for caring about our community.
