Indian Lookout

I have lived here a few months and love it! Office staff is super helpful/friendly and so is maintenance. I love the patio space and upgraded features inside the unit. The new clubhouse is also very nice!! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

I lived at Indian Lookout for a year. If I did not buy a house, I would have renewed my lease. The staff was very friendly, and the community was well kept. If I were to need an apartment in this area in the future I would definately give them a call.

The newly renovated apartments have a modern design look which is very appealing . The front office staff always greets you with a smile, with any questions promptly addressed That makes them a super team! Stephanie is great, making Indion Lookout feel like your cozy home, not a typical sterile apartment complex. The maintenance team is amazing responding quickly to any request or issues, going above and beyond your request The staff and the look of the apartment is why I love living here!

The office girls are always happy to help with any questions you may have. The maintenance guys are also amazing! It is hard to find people that are easy to talk to, and you will find exactly that at Indian Lookout. Their staff makes the property that much better!

Beautiful community and excellent people! Stephanie is absolutely amazing and maintenance is top notch! The new renovations are stunning! I will be sad when the pool closes, but my furbaby will be super happy to jump in on the last day of the pool season, I know they have a doggy party every year that we are looking forward to!

I have lived here almost 10 years, & I can’t find anything I love more than this place! It’s super spacious with so much storage. It’s conveniently located as well. The property manager Stephanie makes sure the property is maintained, & ensures resident satisfaction. She goes above & beyond dedication. If you are looking, this really is an excellent community.

While the regular staff and maintenance crew are excellent, the contractors which they hired to perform the remodels 2022 into 2023 are an absolute joke. I moved from an pre-remodel unit into a recently remodeled unit two months ago - and it has been a nonstop disappointment. *Appliances not installed correctly: Microwave wasn't vented - Dishwasher is so crooked it leaks, and has a giant gap next to it. *Electrical re-wire in kitchen with tiny breakers, ensuring that you can't run any counter top appliances. *Plumbing not sealed when new shower was installed - spraying water all over the inside of the wall - had to be torn out, fixed, and new dry wall put up. *Towel rack fell off the wall just by touching it - was installed with SILICONE sealant - not proper drywall anchors. *New tub installed with a crack in it. *Several light switches installed sloppy or cracked *All of the handles and hinges in kitchen cabinets were sloppy or crooked. And just recently I've started noticing water in the kitchen floor - no idea what's leaking or what that will take to get fixed... All in all - don't move into one of these newly remodeled units. And if you do, go over every inch of everything in great detail before hand....I regret that I didn't.

Went to view apartments because I was planning to move back home and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional, and extremely helpful and I would highly recommend considering this complex for your next move. Huge thank you to Chelsea and Elena for all of their help and guidance during this process.

The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and easy to work with. Apartments are roomy and some offer nice, wooded views.

I moved in at the beginning of April of 2022 and have had no complaints about living here. My favorite thing about this place is that the fitness center is 24 hours which makes it really easy to not procrastinate lol. It’s very peaceful and maintenance is fast. The huge balconies are what sold me. A lot of space for anything with a beautiful view of the season changing trees.

Office and maintenance staff are awesome. Friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issue. The grounds are clean and well kept. My only issue is the noise from the apartment above but I am in a ground level apartment, per my request, so that is to be expected in a multi level complex. I've been very content living here.

We have a Great staff running our community. They are wonderful to interact with and they keep our grounds looking beautiful. Maintenance is awesome, knowledgeable and quick...all around great team! I love the floor plan of my apartment and it is so convenient to anything I could ever want or need.

I just recently moved into Indian Lookout Luxury Apartments at the end of January 2022 and I would have to say my time here has been perfect! I moved into one of the brand new updated units and can easily say it is worth the price- especially for the community and the location. The maintence is phenomonal and always quick to answer a request I put in, the staff is super welcoming and friendly, and the community itself feels comfortable and safe. I love calling Indian Lookout home!

Indian Lookout is a great place to live. The best part is that Cam and Josh are there for their residents for any of our needs. All I have to do is put in a request and they immediately come and fix anything I need. I work a very busy schedule, so if I am not at the apartment when they come to fix something, they always make sure to lock up and not let my cat out! Thank you Cam and Josh and thank you Indian Lookout!

We’ve lived at Indian lookout for a few years now and we love it. It’s a nice quiet place to live. The pool is open longer than other pools. The staff is super friendly! Anytime we’ve had any issues they’ve responded quickly.

Indian lookout is a very peaceful and fun place to live. They have a great dog park, nice swimming pool, billiards room and a workout room. The ladies in the front office are always very nice and pleasant and the maintenance men are on top of getting whatever it is you need done in a timely manner. All in all I love living here, I’m glad I choose Indian lookout.

My children and I absolutely love living here. All of the office staff is amazing and so very helpful. Maintenance is quick to come fix any repairs that need to be fixed. It has been clean and kept nice since we have lived here. Absolutely love the pool and other amenities that are available at our fingertips.

Indian Lookout is a very well run apartment complex with a professional management team and maintenance crew. I have attended several of their resident events over the years and am very impressed with the attention to detail and all they do for their residents. Indian Lookout has beautiful grounds and the apartments are spacious and reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to summer and the great pool parties they have.

I have lived at ILA for the past 3 years and it has been such a great experience! It is a quiet, friendly and cleanly community! During my time living here I always felt safe and the grounds were always well kept.The property management team and maintenance was amazing! The very few issues I had with my apartment were taken care of quickly and professionally. I recently had an issue with my water heater needing replaced because dirty, dark water was coming out of the facet. During the time that it was being replaced (which took 1 day) ILA offered to put me up in a hotel for the night and the property manager bought me a 24 pk of bottled water to use in the meantime. I really enjoyed living here the past 3 years and Im really glad that I chose this community. This was the first apartment I had on my own and ILA made apartment living easy and enjoyable. The floor plans are great (spacious and a lot of natural light), its close to food places and shopping, and not to mention I have a great pool view. The only con I have about ILA is rent prices going up each year but I would recommend this place to anyone!

I called maintenance on a Sunday because my hot water tank went out, John the maintenance man showed up within a half an hour he found the problem and replaced the hot water tank in a matter of an hour and a half. He even noticed my air conditioner needed cleaned and he cleaned it and replaced the air filter. John was amazing!! I can't express how amazing and efficient John was.

They seem to want you for your money but don't want a thing to do with you after you move in. Maintenance won't come to fix problems that prevent you from getting the full use out of the apartment. neighbors can be messy. some apartments face the highway and offer little privacy. you're allowed to use a charcoal grill 10 ft away from the building, but some apartments are seated on a hill that's downslope starts 2 feet away from building. fireplace isn't opened and causes smoke buildup and smoke detectors to go off. machines in workout facility are repetitive and usually broken, clamps collars go missing for the 1 barbell they have, and the weights for the dumbbell going up to 50lbs max, paper towels are usually out and if they're not, then the cleaning spray is empty. apartments have a black fly problem, they get in thru the vents or something, fly around and die all around the apartment. management knows about the issues but doesn't do anything about it. they raise your rent when your lease is up, and if you want to pay month to month, there's a $100 per month fee. really not an ideal living situation

Located in the City of West Carrollton, Indian Lookout Apartments are located in the perfect area! Within walking distance of numerous bars, clubs, and a couple of strip malls for convenience. The property is beautifully landscaped, the community is quiet and has a friendly atmosphere. The units are clean and mine had brand new plush carpeting installed. Every unit has a fireplace, a nice roomy patio, and washer dryer hookups. The only negatives are the maintenance staff is severely undermanned. Troublecalls can take quite awhile to be addressed. Also my apartment did not have a linen closet. All in all, it is a great place to live!

Our cars were broken into multiple times, our cars were vandalized (keyed), one of our cars was also stolen and found at the apartments across the street, we've had strangers walk in our apartment on a few different occasions, the windows and walls are prone to mold, and hearing gun shots is normal. Count yourself lucky if you get an apartment with updated appliances and good luck getting them if you ask. If you plan on staying there for more than a year plan on your rent going up every year. The only positive thing I can say is the floor plans are great, it's very open. If you can get an end apartment with woods behind it, it makes it a little quieter and the natural light is nice. If someone offered to pay me to live here again I'd politely decline their offer.

My apartment is spacious at 1,058 square feet; with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in closets and storage. The community is pet-friendly. The Clubhouse and exercise rooms were remodeled in 2014. The office staff is friendly and accommodating and the maintenance is there whenever you call. The area is quiet and conveniently located between Dayton and Cincinnati--just five minutes from dining and shopping at the Dayton Mall; and 3 minutes from I-75 and I-675 for those who commute to work or school.

If you prefer the peaceful setting of the woods you will love this apartment complex. I am corresponding with you at the moment sitting at my patio table on the balcony, all i can see is woods. It is so nice to have the privacy and feeling that the only onlookers i have are the birds and squirrels. Floor plans are very spacious. I live on the third floor with cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace in which along with the view creates a beautiful serene setting. The staff is great allowing me to paint the interior which makes it feel like home rather than the sterile look of all white walls. This complex has one of the largest swimming pools in the area. All grounds and pool are maintained very well. I have access to the mall, many fine dining establishments and outdoor parks in minutes. Its like living in the country but having the city at yor fingertips!

We live in a great location with good proximity to shopping, dining, and major highways. Good quality for an affordable price. They are a little behind the times requiring fees for online billing. The kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. There is a decent size pool and a nice workout facility. They are currently remodeling/updating the facilities, the parking lots, building entry ways,the clubhouse, and possibly creating a dog park. I would recommend Indian Lookout to anyone looking for a nice affordable place.
