New manager Dawn is more approachable then the previous manager and the receptionist Nicole is also very helpful and friendly. They definitely stay on top of things more so then the previous manager.

Overpriced for what you get. Old buildings and the hallways smell bad. They have a history of ignoring their tenants with issues. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They even tried to charge me more money after I left because the deposit "didn't cover all the charges" and then ignored me when I wanted to know what those charges were. If you want to live somewhere overpriced, live at The Summit, because at least there the apartments are nicer while you get ripped off.

Stay FAR, FAR away! Never in my life have I run into folks as unreasonable, rude and generally unhelpful. They actively make you want to NOT live here! Save yourself the trouble before you get locked into a lease. Consider yourself warned!

i enjoyed living at indian hills apartments. they are located in a nice part of town and i liked the swimming pool. the manager was very helpful to me when i had questions.
