I have lived here almost 10 years. I love it here. The place is kept up if have an issue, quiet and do not really hear my neighnors through the wall. Maintenance man is awesome and knows his stuff. Current Manager is nice. Gyms are close by...

This was my first apartment and it was a great choice! The management and maintenance staff are all wonderful. Maintenance guys will help you with just about anything, they have good hearts! Management calls me by name every time I see them, to me that gives this complex such a home feeling. I was nervous living in an apartment, but living here has changed my mind. When I go out at night with my dog It is not scary, there is always lots of parking lot lighting. There is also always plenty of parking near my apartment. Great area, close to Dillion’s, 21st and Amidon and main high ways! If you’re looking for an apartment look no further!

I lived here for a little over a year and love it, we only moved for more space to help out a family member. Great neighborhood, neighbors, and great staff. Loved being close to Dillons and not far from 21st and Amidon nice central location.

I'm a brand new resident - been here for less than a week. In moving to Wichita from having lived in a Studio, I was looking for enough space that was well taken care of and location was a primary factor for me. I moved into Indian Hill Apartments May 2016. I can’t even begin to think about living somewhere else. I feel so comfortable and at home here. I always feel safe. The management office is always quick to respond of any concerns or issues that need to be addressed and everyone is handled in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much I love calling Indian Hills Apartments my home.

This apartment complex is so amazing compared too the last apartment my boyfriend and I were at! Maintenance is amazing and are very friendly! All the ladies in the office are very nice and have welcomed us with open arms! It’s within great distance with my work. I especially love how fast things get done if there is an issue and the fact that the ladies in the office call to check up and make sure that we were satisfied and the maintenance job or whatever was to our liking is so fantastic they really make you feel like they put you first! Over all I feel like this apartment complex should get more than just the max of 5 stars. They deserve so much more and I can’t thank them enough!

I love that the apartments are well taking care of and maintained. The maintenance and staff respond to any type of repair needed in the building or in your apartment. They are definitely kind, friendly, and respectable. I've only had a few issues in my 3 years here and they have been quick to get to the problem and find a resolution. I also love that the do events every now and then to keep the friendly atmosphere among resident and staff.

I moved in a month ago and love it here! The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. Maintenance is right there to fix things. Nate is excellent at repairs. I love my apartment which is just the right size for me and my cat, a one-bedroom, balcony that opens onto a dead end and Asbury Church. Very quiet. The location is excellent since I go to Genesis Health Club on W. 13th, shop at that Dillons, and go to New Market Square. I have no complaints. Rent is reasonable. I intend to stay here a long time. And I hope the current staff stays here. They help make this a great place to live.

I’ve lived here a year and the staff is great! Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and professionally, and the grounds are nicely upkept. My daughter & I love the pool during the summer & the location is in a decent part of town with shopping nearby.

I am a current resident for a few months now. Applying and getting moved in was such a painless process due to the wonderful office staff. They are all so sweet and really care about the residents here. All the other staff (maintenance, etc.) are incredibly sweet as well! They get RIGHT on any issues. I submitted a maintenance request online in the middle of the night and they were there first thing in the morning taking care of it and being their usual friendly selves. Apartments are quiet and very well kept. Can’t wait to use the beautiful pool this summer and my daughter loves the new playground they just built. Very happy resident right here! :)

I have only been here for a month and a half, but so far I love it! The apartments are well kept and so comfortable. If there have been any issues, they have been very small and the staff and maintenance have got right on it to make everything right. I live in a basement apartment and I barely hear the people above me or next to me, which is a huge plus! A playground was just added to the grounds and there is a pool I cannot wait to use this summer. Very impressed with these apartments and would highly recommend to anyone looking!

My favorite apartment I've lived in. The staff is great! Almost never any issues and when there is they get right on it. Beautiful grounds and quiet buildings. They don't tolerate noise or drug use so you don't have to worry about it. We just got a new play ground for the kids and have a great pool to cool off in in the summer that's never too busy. Spacious clean apartments and patios to relax on. I love it hwre. Been here for a year.

I've been living here since December of 2017 and so far I have loved it! The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Apartments are in a decent part of town with a grocery store right down the road. Decently priced and sized one bedroom apartments.

The management at the apartments were awesome to work with when I moved here in January! The maintence and groundskeeper team always keep the property looking nice and are quick to fix any issues in the apartment! Also I don’t have any issues with the neighbors around me. I love living here!

These apartments are cute, roomey, have a lovely area around the buildings, & I feel secure and safe here, I don't have to worry about someone being here who shouldn't be. They're in a perfect location: 10-15 mins away from anything we need! The maintenance staff is all super friendly, and they get the job done quick. The office staff is helpful and friendly as well. The 2 bdrm is perfect for my husband and I, we sure do love it here! It's our first place together, & it has everything we need, from space, to storage, to amenities, to a great staff, to safety. -Kyle & Emilie P.

I live in a single bedroom and it is a beautiful space. The balcony is nice, the property is well kept, and response to maintenance issues has been prompt. Any issues that have come up for me, I have brought to the office and they have been resolved quickly.

I like how big the one bedrooms are, the staff is very friendly, maintenance does a good job at getting things fixed fast lots of parking in the back. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Everything convenient that you need is right down the street from here! Dillons, QT, Ace hardware, Dollar General and much more!

The apartments are very well kept with top of the line appliances. Grounds keepers keep lawns looking very clean and trimmed. Property manager and her employees are very helpful and are quick to take care of any concerns you may have.
