The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Independence Village - FALL REDUCED RENT
The manager of the property is excellent! The area is very quiet and the Neighborhood is very great for family's the apartment complex is great !!
I have been leasing my studio for nearly a year. There has been a visible change to the neighborhood in this short time. The dumpster areas have been cleaned up greatly, there are trash cans near the mail boxes so there is less fly away "junk mail" on the ground. I usually do whatever I can to avoid using public laundry (use family/friends laundry) but the laundry room has been clean the few times I have used it and there is a convenient card machine so no worries about laundry change! My maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner and I appreciated the winter sidewalk clean up. The location is great because it feels like it tucked away from everything while still being very close to shopping centers, fast food, and grocery stores.
I've lived here over two years now and recently, we have changed over to new management. Jai has come and literally changed the quality of living! She is on top of every question and/or concern of mine and has quick responses! I have never had a complex manager respond so quickly at almost any hour! She is beyond professional and has excellent communication skills! Highly recommended!
If I could this apartment 0 stars I would. But I can’t. For starters, the no pet policy is a lie. In fact you can have cats, and dogs! Yeah my neighbors have a dog and he’s pretty loud but no one seems to care. The neighborhood consistently reeks of pot. Not something I want for myself or anyone else. The neighbors keep to themselves and don’t cause a ruckus 90%of the time. Oh I forgot to mention there are 5 neighboorhood cats all with collars and are fed regularly by the locals so don’t feel bad if you just see them chilling outside. I’ve learned the ins and outs of this neighborhood, I moved in halfway through my friends lease. I don’t want you to think I actually paid for this place. I told my buddy the kind of place they had and we are both moving to a nicer neighborhood now in canal Winchester. Also when you move into a new apartment your closet hinge may be broke, the toilet might be new BUT they got the wrong size floor so maitnance just made up for it with with a lot of cocking. No one cares what you do here. Don’t waste your money, energy, or time.
