Stevenson Ranch is a suburban community spanning west of Interstate 5. The city is separated from Santa Clarita by the interstate and is situated about 35 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles. A large cluster of shopping centers feature major chains and big-box stores along the interstate, but the rest of the city is largely composed of residential neighborhoods. The rental market features a mix of apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes in a wide variety of styles.
A few community parks and a golf course can be found within town. More exciting adventures await just outside of Stevenson Ranch.
