I've been a tenant for 3 years and I absolutely love living at 1025 Baldwin building is clean and neighbors are great the office staff Ms. Trina is wonderful office staff is very professional and polite anytime I receive packages I have them send them to the office and the ladies always send me a email letting me know my packages have arrived, I really appreciate that. Whenever I bring up a concern about the building. They try to resolve it as soon as possible.
I absolutely live living here. The staff is amazing especially Trina! Also if you have an issue with anything in your home maintenance gets it done faster than the speed of lighting.
Awesome place to live very professional staff, friendly and relatable. Sometimes it's certain people that don't care about doing their part in being clean, caring about the Property, however the place is clean,spacious, comfortable and at a great location very convenient near large recreation center, large park with walking area, lots of restaurants,plenty of stores and public transportation right on corner,I would have to honestly say the only down side every so often I believe because near high public environment may encounter occasional panhandlers near parks

I love it here. I have no problem at all. The ladies in the office is excellnt.
We've lived here 4yrs. Roughly 1.5yrs ago the property was sold to the current management company. They never answer the office phone, voicemail is always full. If they receive packages for you they don't notify you. They hardly ever have a cleaning service come clean the interior of the buildings, they changed the cost of laundry without notifying tenants & I swear they adjusted the dryers because now it takes $2 for a load to be completely dry. They changed the company who services the trash & only have 2 trash dumpsters for 96 units so they are constantly overflowing & garbage all over the parking lot. Raised the rents all while the neighborhood has started to turn downhill. I will give major kudos to the maintance staff (kept on from previous owners) they are respectful, professional & service maintance issues in a timely manner.

A nice quiet older building wth elevator! Carpeting in hallways needs to e replaced and flooring in common area is old and dirty.

We have an awesome view, very spacious rooms a lot of space and I love closets we have shelves and large space with extra storage space to in basement I was able to bring most of my important things a teaching stuff! balcony is a very nice size love my parking near to door and love the recreation across the street and large public park where we can go barbecue, walk or just sit under the tree..near grocery stores and main street to Malls and excellent bus routes..
Quiet building and maintenance staff is top notch. New office staff is knowledgeable, informative and helpful.
Only been here 6 days, so far the staff is si very friendly, polite, and some odd the residents have been friendly as well and helpful even offer to help with our move.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and thought it would be my forever home. Unfortunately I need to move out of state. This place is well maintained. Repairs happen quickly. Very quiet. I've never had any issues with my neighbors. Found out today that management is changing. Hopefully the new management will keep things the same.
I've lived here for almost a year now and will be sad to leave. The walls are incredibly thick; my roommate and I never hear our next-door or downstairs neighbor, or even each other. The rooms are huge. The places are fairly clean and the huge windows are great. They also do a nice job of shoveling snow early in the morning, keeping the grass cut, etc. It's a very safe complex - well lit and we never had any problems. Everyone in the complex seems laid back and we never had any problems with other tenants.

The staff is wonderful and the location is great. I have lived in these apartments for almost 7 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. The quality of these buildings is one of the best I have ever seen and if there is ever a problem, maintenance is always there promptly to take care of it. My neighbors are quiet and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of these apartment buildings. I wouldn't live anywhere else!
