Everything is great with the exception of the street noise and light. If you could provide blackout blinds that would be only a slight cost and would increase a lot of people’s opinions about icon, at least the people I’ve spoken to who live here.

Very expensive for the little amenities it provides, the pool isn’t taken care of and the study room and pool feel like they’re just there so that icon can say they have those amenities rather than them actually being usable. Would definitely love more study rooms. Also the blinds definitely don’t shade the light enough which makes sleeping super hard, basically have to buy a shade for all the windows. All things considered it is convenient to walking to usc but too pricey for what it offers

The staff is super nice and are in office a lot to help you if need anything! The only recommendation I have is to put signals outside the parking garage exits so people walking know when a car is coming.

It’s been a great experience so far i love the amenities especially the gym wand pool table and air hocked i also love the study space it’s very spacious and always clean and organzied

The building has a game room, gym, swimming pool and study room. They are well maintained and the building is so clean. The security guards are super nice so overall I would give it 5 stars!!

There really is no place like home and that is exactly the feeling and friendly atmosphere that Icon Plaza provides its residence with. They have excellent amenities and maintenance is always quick with completing work orders. Additionally, if you ever need help with anything go and find Ashlly, she will have everything sorted out gracefully and in a timely manner. I will miss my time at Icon and highly recommend it to anyone!

Biggest selling points are distance to campus (>2min walk), comprehensive amenities, and responsive, chill management staff. Some rooms maybe slightly small for the relatively higher price.
