Property Ratings at The Avery Apartment Homes
The amenities are awesome, very clean, animal friendly! Short term leasing! The staff were very kind and compassionate when my Mom passed away and we had to leave prior to our lease being up! The amenities were great for family visiting with several bbq grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pit, swimming pool that my Grandbaby just absolutely loved!!! Tanning bed!!!! Highly, highly recommend to all my travel nurse friends!!!!
What a wonderful place to live in a wonderful location. We have stayed here almost four years and we have had a very good experience with our apartment and maintenance during that time. We are gearing up to purchase a home but this will surely be among the best places we have lived. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family during our stay.

They’ve got a bunch of great amenities. Two great pools gyms, dog spa dog park great maintenance people very easy to get a hold of for stuff. Love this place
We moved here from FL 10 mo ago. Lived in several complexes before & this is by far the BEST! Super friendly neighbors. Maintenance Staff here is on top of the requests. The Leasing Office Amazing! They had Easter Egg hunt, Decorating Xmas Ornaments, Super Bowl Party! Who wouldn't want to live here????
The pool and playground areas are wonderful especially having grills everywhere and a fire pit. Maintenance has been SUPER quick and everyone is friendly. The only downsides I’ve had so far is maintenance doing work below me pretty late at night once the downstairs neighbors moved out, but nothing big or crazy.

My husband and I have lived in a townhome here for 3 years. We love that our neighborhood is quiet, our neighbors are friendly and the townhome is very nice. We enjoy not having to deal with maintenance issues. . . The FEW issues we have had were minor and the excellent maintenance crew fixed them quickly.
I can’t imagine living anywhere else, but the Avery Apartments. It is the only apartment complex that I have found that totally cares about their renters. My husband and I are both in wheelchairs. They have a pool here, but we were unable to use it because we couldn’t ride our wheelchairs down the ramp into the pool or walk into the pool on our own. Avery Apartments got a lift in order for all of the Wheel Chair users at the complex to be able to use the pool. This is true caring. They didn’t raise our rent. They didn’t complain. They just did what was best for their renters. We had the dishwasher break the first year that we lived here. They immediately got a new dishwasher and installed it within a few days. I was used to having to wait months to get a repair done in our old rental, but not here you never have to wait long to get the repair done Like I said this is a dream come true and I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.

Been living at the Avery apartments for a year and half or so and we love the community! It’s nice and quiet and with so many accommodating amenities! My personal favorite is how clean they keep the pool and the 24 hour gym so close to home!
The Avery is a nice, clean and newer property with nice amenities and relatively low noise. I am a light sleeper and have not been woke up by neighbor noise in 3 months.
We moved to Missouri in need of a short-term lease and we couldn't have asked for a better option than Avery! The staff was super friendly and very responsive, helping us navigate the leasing process and getting us an apartment to fit our needs. Apartments range from basic to new and very modern, all with very reasonable pricing. The amenities at the clubhouse are amazing, we use the gym weekly and there's a salt water pool closest to us that's a great option if you hate chlorine. We are so grateful that we discovered this little gem!
I recently visited the properties with Erica Flood, and the convenient location was top notch. You have the ability to be in downtown Farmington or up town in just a few minutes. And still have the luxury of feeling like you are in the country with all the farm land around you. I viewed the apartments, and they are beautiful! The kitchens are updated and look great. I also loved that we were just steps away from the pool and indoor gym. They also have an area that you can rent for parties under a pavilion. Along with a fire pit area with additional seating for star gazing at night. Definitely a great place to live!
I worked with chenoa to get my fiancé and I in a new apartment not too long ago and she made it super simple and easy for the both of us! I would highly recommend at least taking your chances to see what this place is all about!!!
I'm recently new to The Avery and I chose to live here because when viewing different apartments in Farmington, this was the cleanest. The staff in the office were very helpful when I was going through the application process, and while I've only had to have two maintenance orders put in, they were handled pretty fast.
I have been calling and messaging for weeks to check out this place. It looks great on the website, but no one has responded to any of my calls or emails or web contact forms. Disappointing. I feel like it is not "real."
We will be moving into the apartments in a few weeks. The people here are fantastic. The property manager was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make me and my husband feel comfortable and welcome. It looks to be a great place to live.
