I’ve been living at ICON Apartments for just under a month now, and overall the experience has been great so far. The moving-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent office staff—everything was clearly explained, and they made it easy from start to finish. The amenities are nice and well-maintained, though they do tend to get crowded at peak times. With the new additions coming soon, I’m hopeful more options will open up. A pickleball court, tennis court, or basketball court would make a great improvement for residents. The location is another strong point. It’s in a convenient area with an easy commute to most places. The only downside is getting onto Pellissippi without a merging lane—it can be a bit of an adrenaline rush unless your car has some good acceleration. So far, I’m enjoying living here and look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow and improve.

Living on the first floor has not been so great. Bugs are a serious issue, we pay a pest fee monthly, we’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve never once seen pest control around our building. We’ve raised numerous concerns to management and there has been times they don’t seem like they care. The amenities are closed half the time even though we pay monthly amenity fees. Also the apartment complex is way too big for the amenities. The pool is way overcrowded, we can hardly use it because it’s fills up so quickly.

I got this place I feel ppl here are so nice to me specially all ppl who working for this community they so professional.I feel here my home..love to live here so much..more than anywhere I have been in US..is very nice place nice area.ppl here so kind im with 4 kids.sometime we out at the pool meeting our new neighbors and friends hanging out having great time with family.??

Great place to live, since the welcoming has been awesome! Very good amenities, big clean pool, 3 barbeque grills, Pizza oven, Gym, Sports simulator and Pool Billiard table.

Very easy process. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amenities are plenty and access to mail is very easy. Rooms are as advertised. Overall it has been a great experience.

I moved in January 2025. I have really loved being here. First the apartments are so nice, spacious, and updated. I have needed maintenance a couple times for basic things, and they get it done very timely and have done a good job. The office staff is very good at handling issues or answering questions. I plan to renew my list at this point for sure.

My dog, Koda, and I moved to Icon after a big life change. I was a little afraid of trying to make a new home for myself but Icon has made it easy. My neighbors are so friendly, I never hear anyone beside me because the apartments are made very well, we love going to the dog park on premise each day and the club house feels like a mini vacation. Not to mention, the gals that work in the front office are so kind and they are ON IT whenever there's any kind of issue. I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's a little piece of heaven in Knox.
