I’ve been living at ICON Apartments for just under a month now, and overall the experience has been great so far. The moving-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent office staff—everything was clearly explained, and they made it easy from start to finish. The amenities are nice and well-maintained, though they do tend to get crowded at peak times. With the new additions coming soon, I’m hopeful more options will open up. A pickleball court, tennis court, or basketball court would make a great improvement for residents. The location is another strong point. It’s in a convenient area with an easy commute to most places. The only downside is getting onto Pellissippi without a merging lane—it can be a bit of an adrenaline rush unless your car has some good acceleration. So far, I’m enjoying living here and look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow and improve.

Moved in a month ago and I am loving the views, the people, and the amenities. As a parent, I am so thankful for the safe and secure feel of the community. There is always something to do on property if I want to “stay in” and enjoy the space we have. Living on the first floor has not been so great. Bugs are a serious issue, we pay a pest fee monthly, we’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve never once seen pest control around our building. We’ve raised numerous concerns to management and there has been times they don’t seem like they care. The amenities are closed half the time even though we pay monthly amenity fees. Also the apartment complex is way too big for the amenities. The pool is way overcrowded, we can hardly use it because it’s fills up so quickly.

I moved in January 2025. I have really loved being here. First the apartments are so nice, spacious, and updated. I have needed maintenance a couple times for basic things, and they get it done very timely and have done a good job. The office staff is very good at handling issues or answering questions. I plan to renew my list at this point for sure.

My dog, Koda, and I moved to Icon after a big life change. I was a little afraid of trying to make a new home for myself but Icon has made it easy. My neighbors are so friendly, I never hear anyone beside me because the apartments are made very well, we love going to the dog park on premise each day and the club house feels like a mini vacation. Not to mention, the gals that work in the front office are so kind and they are ON IT whenever there's any kind of issue. I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's a little piece of heaven in Knox.

We love our new home. The layout is super spacious and offers lots of storage. The grounds are well kept with beautiful Mountain Views visible all through the community and plenty of greenery. The amenities are great too - very comfortable WFH spaces, including the outside areas. It feels as though we’re are living at a resort. Really excited to part of the Icon community!
Andrew and I just recently moved into the apartments this weekend but our experience so far has been amazing! Kayle made sure that the moving experience went as seamless as possible. The apartment was clean and looked amazing when we walked in. Also, the little goodie bag was such a cute treat & surprise!

The staff is absolutely wonderful!! So helpful and kind! The apartment itself is really nice, and the area is beautiful! Amenities are great too! Only downside is all the flooring is linoleum, which we love, except it means we can hear every tiny step from the neighbor above us. There are also a lot of dogs that bark.
