The apartment is self is so very nice and spacious. The amenities are amazing. All of the staff and maintenance has been great too. Some notes for improvement: 1.) Remind residents they should not loud and disturbing people after 10pm. 2.) Remind residents to clean up after themselves at the coffee area and other amenities.

I’ve been living at ICON Apartments for just under a month now, and overall the experience has been great so far. The moving-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent office staff—everything was clearly explained, and they made it easy from start to finish. The amenities are nice and well-maintained, though they do tend to get crowded at peak times. With the new additions coming soon, I’m hopeful more options will open up. A pickleball court, tennis court, or basketball court would make a great improvement for residents. The location is another strong point. It’s in a convenient area with an easy commute to most places. The only downside is getting onto Pellissippi without a merging lane—it can be a bit of an adrenaline rush unless your car has some good acceleration. So far, I’m enjoying living here and look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow and improve.

Moved in a month ago and I am loving the views, the people, and the amenities. As a parent, I am so thankful for the safe and secure feel of the community. There is always something to do on property if I want to “stay in” and enjoy the space we have. The apartment itself is beautiful and felt like a hotel for a few weeks but is roomy and perfect for us now. The Mountain View’s are an added bonus.

Icon at Hardin Valley has been wonderful for our young family. The apartments are very clean and well maintained, and the staff here are wonderful to work with. Living on the first floor has not been so great. Bugs are a serious issue, we pay a pest fee monthly, we’ve lived here for 2 years and I’ve never once seen pest control around our building. We’ve raised numerous concerns to management and there has been times they don’t seem like they care. The amenities are closed half the time even though we pay monthly amenity fees. Also the apartment complex is way too big for the amenities. The pool is way overcrowded, we can hardly use it because it’s fills up so quickly.

Amazing property with the resort community environment and amenities. The management office staff are friendly, personable to your needs and follow up to make sure you have received the assistance needed. I've only sent a maintenance request a couple of times and they are quick to handle your request. This is the best property I have ever lived!!

Great place to live, since the welcoming has been awesome! Very good amenities, big clean pool, 3 barbeque grills, Pizza oven, Gym, Sports simulator and Pool Billiard table.
