Icon 9700 Apartments

I love living here and so does my family. Great location. I feel like it’s closed to everything! The school district is amazing. One of the best decisions was to move here! Hands down and view of the mountains are second to none! Specially in the winter

We moved in from out of state and Delanee was amazing in helping us navigate through all the pre-move in requirements. It really helped make our move less stressful. The community and amenities are wonderful. I wish they had a virtual tour available for all floor plans, because we didn't get to tour the smaller 2x2 floor plan we leased. The unit is very nice but the layout is a bit weird where we couldn't really fit a queen/king bed in the master bedroom and have to use it as an office instead. A bit inconvenient because the "master bedroom" has the bigger closet. Bathrooms are also strangely/unnecessarily big. Overall though, apartment unit is good.

Been here over 2 yrs. The staff is really responsive and maintenance team has always resolved any issue quickly. The location and amenities are great and the office is always coming up with new ideas for resident events or extra incentives to the amenities.

Appreciate staff & maintenance helping & taking concern in issues as they come up from issues with neighbors, to pests, to parking spot availability, etc, etc, etc

I love this community! It’s a great location and the apartments are beautiful. I just wish the playground was a bigger for my older kids. Otherwise, I love it!

Delanee made this moving experience so easy and exciting! The location is great, the grounds are beautiful, and my place still looks brand new!

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make it a great place to live. Wonderful community and I appreciate how it is so dog friendly, they even have doggie poop bag stations all around the complex!

We’ve absolutely loved our decision to move to icon9700. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help. The location of the complex is very convenient. Parks and stores are at walking distance which is a great plus.

Clean. Friendly neighbors. Great amenities! My service dog likes to greet the other dogs in the neighborhood when we are out walking! Great location.

I’ve been living at Icon 9700 for a while now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. The units are modern and well-designed, and the amenities like the gym and pool are a nice bonus. Management has been responsive most of the time, and maintenance usually shows up within a reasonable timeframe when requests are submitted. The community feels fairly quiet and safe, which I really appreciate.

Great location, price and amenities. The staff members are very approachable and communicative. They continue to improve community areas and amenities, and act fast with all maintenance issues.

Love the apt, the community is pretty young the only problem I have is the gym always has someone with a dog or someone with a kid in there. I feel gyms are a no kid (under 17) no pet zone

Great place to live!! Amenities, price, location and staff are wonderful. I would recommend Icon 9700 to all my friends. Noise levels are low and the community is very nice.

So far so good. The neighbors seem nice and my unit is in good shape. My leasing agent Delanee was great. I like how close everything is to the community.

Living here has been an absolute dream. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a great sense of community, Icon 9700 is the place to be!

Fair price for a nice location. At the same time quiet and still close to everything. Definitely good that complex is relatively new. I try not to bug HOA often, but when I need to - everything was done quickly.

I’ve only been at icon9700 for about a month. But it’s been such a great experience so far. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great! And I love that it’s such a pet friendly community.

Besides neighbors who don’t respect noice compliance it’s a great place to live. The people who work here are very kind and helpful with everything

We enjoy living here! We have a quiet building and friendly neighbors. The only complaint is that I feel like facilities don't check up on hygiene needs around the gym area. I asked for soap to be filled twice (after the soap had been out for multiple weeks in the women's bathroom) and when I went back the next two days, the soap still hadn't been filled.

Really nice apartments. Maintenance could definitely be kept up and management could be a little more on it. I got my car broken into in October and they didn’t do anything.

Everything is great. I would like to see the community gym/pool bathrooms attended to more frequently. Soap refilled in bathrooms, general cleanliness, etc. Seems to be overlooked. Also, the treadmills are starting to fall apart.

We enjoy living here. The only thing is the waste of amenity space, but every apartment complex comes with something so we can't complain. Treena at the front desk is great!

The apartments are great, to include the maintenance and office team. Its hard to keep up with all the apps we keep switching to, but thanks for continuing to improve the resident experience.

Great location, with everything you need within close proximity. Grocery stores, pharmacy, car was, restaurants and the best is the liquor store within walking distance.

These apartments are a little loud, parking is not good so we pay extra to park underground, when we moved in 2 years ago they said the pool was open year round but it was just not heated. I love the location.

Management is great & the buildings are nice & clean all the time. I love living here it is very very nice. Everybody that lives here is very respectful

For the price I honestly would expect better appliances or care of the hallways and stairs. Loved the view but just for the price and didn't ask about hidden fees for the community before we moved in that was our mistake. Also is horrendous to get ahold of the front office not very user friendly.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Icon 9700. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed. The staff at Icon 9700 are always friendly and attentive, making sure any maintenance issues are handled swiftly and efficiently.

Love it! My wife and I resigned our lease because these are wonderful apartments in a great location. Service is top-notch. No complaints. Check them out, you won't regret it!

I love my apartment, it feels like a home rather than a big complex and my neighbors are so great! The only thing I would complain about is the maintenance, the area isn’t kept up the greatest.

I've lived here over a year now and really like the location, floorplans, amenities, and appearance. The cost is reasonable for the location, amenities, nice kitchens and large floorplans. The maintenance team does a great job at responding to service requests and the office staff always take care of issues quickly. However, it is a little difficult to get them on the phone using the main line. The gym and studio are small but has what you need to accomplish your needs. I try not to be too picky because nothing is perfect, but i have to deduct a star for the noisy air conditioner. I've never had an A/C this loud before and it seems to work overtime a lot so i dont know if its the crazy weather or just under-powered.

It has been a very pleasant experience, living here this year, it is quiet, orderly, safe ?? I like that if you have any problem in your apartment they fix it immediately, they resolve your doubts ?? The spaces are clean, the atmosphere with the neighbors is respectful.

I love the location of this complex and I find it to be a great place to live. No huge complaints except the “sports” court has been doing nothing for the past year….

Great place to live. My wife and I just signed our lease renewal. Pricing stayed the same and was fast process. The staff is excellent and we really enjoy the neighborhood. Access to the canyons and Dimple Dell park is a huge perk.

Great place to live. Amenities are superb. Fitness center and pool are often used by me. I never have issues with maintenance but I don't need a lot because I rarely have any, fortunately. Near skiing hiking and mountain biking is huge. I'm an active person so being close to such activities matters to me.

Love my individual apartment, but kind of annoyed by the dog poop everywhere and the lack of enforcing those standards, as well as the sports court that does nothing for us, but we pay for.

We love this complex! Staff is very friendly, they have great amenities, the apartments have such a nice layout and are decent sized. And it's in a fantastic location, not too close to busy areas of town but close enough to get there quick. Very close to the mountain/ski resorts and they have a trax just down the road. They are pet friendly, which is great. However they have mentioned a dog park that is in the works but a lot of residents that have been there for a while said they have been saying that for a while but nothing has happened. The other thing we are not a huge fan of is the media package... You can't choose not to pay for Direct TV even if you don't use it, so you are being charged for it monthly. We also don't like that we have to pay for the amenities utilities as well. Every other complex we have been in does not make their residents pay that. But it is what it is. Overall, we love it here!

Love the place. About to renew my lease. A couple opportunities to look forward to, such as the sport court getting upgraded, dog cleaning station/gym frequency of cleaning.. but for such a large community it is well run. Location and pricing are a win.

It's pretty fine, not going to stay because I'm looking for a house, but it's a nice community, pretty quiet, but the amenities could use a little sprucing up.

I had a 9mo lease with Icon and though I’m not a fan of apts, I enjoyed my time here and it is one of the nicer apartments I’ve lived in. Maintenance is quick and it’s a peaceful complex. Con’s are that they’re a little pricey for what you get & that a lot of tenants don’t pick up their own dogs’ poop..

Great place to live. Area is a wonderful location to Dimple Dell park as well as the canyons. High quality buildings with little to no sound coming from upstairs neighbors.

The very first thing I noticed about these apartments was the location. They are located right next to the mountains. The area here is very beautiful and always well-groomed. The people who live here are very well-mannered and pleasant to talk to. The apartments themselves are very clean, modern and recently renovated. The only thing I would recommend changing here, as a mother, is to make a larger playground for different age categories of children.

I love the community. It feels safe and love the neighborhood. It’s kids and pet friendly. I also love how it’s close distance to the shopping malls.

Great place to live! They are on top of all winter maintenance and my wife and I have been enjoying the hot tub that is open all winter long.

I have been here for about four months now and am very happy with my experience! The amenities are kept nice and clean. My apartment itself is really cute and the location is wonderful. Sandy is so much cooler than I expected. Excited to be here for a while.

Just moved in but so far so good! Love the location of this place; can't wait to use some of the amenities. The staff has been super helpful with the move-in and all information.

So far everything has been great living here! I have no complaints, it’s quiet and homey feeling. Best part is you are 20 miles from many of the ski resorts
