Everything has been great! Everyone was patient and helpful with me getting paperwork and approval done. This is a great place to call home.

It has truly been a pleasure for my family and I to live here. The office staff and maintenance have been consistently exceptional. This has been by far the best community we've ever lived. It is tucked away in an ideal location, close to everything couples, families, or individuals would enjoy. When the time comes for us to depart it be hard. Huntsville Parc has set the bar extremely high. Thank you all for making my family apart of the Parc family.

Of all the apartment complexes in Huntsville, one would be hard-pressed to find better. With such a super-friendly staff, quick maintenance response, well kept grounds and community events, Huntsville Parc truly stands out among other properties!

The place is wonderful, is a peace of mind, they have all that I need. I do not have to bee or feel worried about anything the place is absolutely secured and I LOVE THAT.

This is my first spring here and since the beautiful Landscaping was one of the main reasons I chose Huntsville Parc, it has been exciting to see the grounds start to come alive. Birds are singing, and enjoying my birdfeeders and the willow trees are budding out around the pond already. There’s lots to go/grow but it’s pretty and people are outside using the children’s playground, which is near me and soon I guess they’ll be at the pool too! The friendly management works hard to create a sense of community so that we all look out for each other.

My daughter and I recently moved in and love our experience so far. The staff is very kind and helpful. The complex is very clean and quiet. I love the pond area for walking.

This is a great place to live (to call home). It’s homey & inviting. I’m amazed at the attention to details & residents. Makes it a pleasant place. The staff is dedicated & make us feel appreciated. I’m looking forward to getting to attend the activities.

My experience here have been a ok. The office is great and the maintenance crew is great and complete your work order in a timely matter, with no problem.

I really like this apartment. I got moved in fast which was amazing. The area is really nice and close enough to many places to go eat and enjoy myself. The buildings are well maintained and look good on the inside and outside. The people here are very nice and considerate to each other. The whole process of moving in was smooth and simple. My unit was pretty dirty when I moved in but they worked with me nicely to get it all cleaned quickly.

I just moved in on November 15th and thus far from touring to move in has been by far the best experience that I have had while leasing. The leasing office is quick to respond to emails/calls thier welcoming, friendly, and will work with you. I am not one to write many reviews but moving here has been a great experience ??

It is a amazingly cozy vibe. Everyone I’ve met who works here is the sweetest, and nicest people, I’ve met. The area is overall calming and relaxed. The apartments themselves are clearly taken well care of, the thought out into not only the layout of the apartment buildings themselves, but the floor plans of the apartments is amazing. You can tell real care went into this place, and it is continually care for. Highly recommend!

We love our stay here been three months so far the office staff are very professional and friendly to help plus the maintence crew are very promt and good too come attend to stuff right away. Nice and quite no noisy neighbours even.

The management staff is awsome. We had a issue were a water pipe broke and the apartment was flooded with an inch of water. It sounds like a big deal but the response from management was immediate, professional, and courteous. They kept us informed at every step of the process and quickly resolved the issue.

I've had a great experience here. It's a very peaceful area, yet close to everything. Of all the amenities, I only used the pool. It was always a refreshing time. The community get together are very well planned and the ones I went to were fun. My favorite thing is the St Paddy's Caddy. The office staff is a blast. And they made sure to accommodate my special request for that day. I have enjoyed my time here and would never consider another apartment complex.

So glad that we decided to move to Huntsville Parc!!! Office staff is awesome!!! From their friendly demeanor to making us feel welcome and at home from the first time I spoke with Chelsey H. Chelsey H. is awesome to work with. Maintenance personnel is friendly and fixes maintenance concerns in a very timely manner. My daughter loves the swimming pool and the work-out room. We love having a garage attached to the apartment we choose. The community is super quiet and neighbors are friendly. One of the best decisions we made was moving here.

Was looking for a two bed room seen this one online and thought I would go check it out. The apartment was way better in person than online. Also maintenance has been very helpful.

I had an experience twice where my apartment had roaches, and the staff handled it quickly and professionally. I am grateful for their help and kindess.

It was very nice and peaceful when I moved here. Few months after neighbors moved in and want to treat it like it is a sorority house!! All you get is. call courtsey officer or police! This has been going on since about Aug 2021. We all know you will be meet with retalation!!!!! If 0 rating was a option

second paper thin walls, rules dont apply smell weed all the time loud noises all through the night, theft no security or cameras pay to much will not renew.

You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I can hear them opening and closing drawers, flushing the toilet, and I can even hear their conversations. I’ve never lived in an apartment where I could hear my neighbors that much. The apartments are gorgeous, but rent is too expensive to have to deal with constant noise. And the gate is open more often than not. What’s the point of paying to live in a gated community that isn’t technically gated the majority of the time? I don’t recommend living here.

We have lived in HP for over two years and love it here. Before moving in we toured over 15 different apartment communities and decided on Huntsville Parc after reading the great reviews they received online. And now two years later we have not been disappointed. We love just about everything about the place. In fact we slightly considered not writing this review so as to keep it a secret ;) That would not be fair though to the team that works in the office. They really are the key to the success of this place and deserve accolades. The whole team has a great attitude and really cares about the tenants and facilities. We also really appreciate the maintenance crew that works tirelessly to keep the car wash, dog wash, exterior lighting, buildings, garage doors, air conditioners, appliances and many other things in great condition. The response time to maintenance calls is awesome, usually the same day. As for the facilities, we love the landscaping with all the sidewalks and shrubs that are well manicured every Thursday. The buildings are well made and very quiet. We are very happy with our 3 bedroom layout which works very well for our family of four. We had planned to move into a house after getting familiar with the town but have been so comfortable here we still haven’t even looked. This is a quiet community that is great for families and professionals.

Huntsville Parc apartments is a great community with top notch ammonites and a wonderful management and facilities staff. The apartments are very well maintained and the responsive staff quickly hands any issues. The club house and pool area are great and there is always a good crowd of residents hanging out and socializing by the pool during the weekends. For me the location right next to the arsenal and one of its entrances was the biggest selling point. I can get to work and back home again each day without any traffic hassles.
