Really good and comfortable place to stay If you like quiet this is it

My fiance and I have lived here for three years. It's certainly the best complex I have lived in. The management is friendly and quick to help with maintenance, the location is very convenient with a car wash, Domino's, McDonald's, gas station, pharmacy and Dollar General practically right next door. It stays quiet and peaceful at all times of the day. The new fitness center is a welcome addition too!

I have absolutely loved living in my apartment at Huntley Ridge! They are in a safe area, and close to anything you need. Most units have washer and dryer hook ups which is a huge plus, and a dishwasher! I always see property people working, to make sure the outside of the apartments stays nice. They also have a dog park, which has been a huge plus for me and my pup. Not to mention, that the inside of the apartments might be more outdated, they are definitely still suitable and affordable!

Just renewed my lease for a third year. The property is safe, quiet, and beautiful. I don't like a lot of traffic or busy areas, so this is tucked away while still accessible to everything I need. I also really enjoy how dog friendly the complex and my neighbors are, with the new addition of the dog park.

Rent is cheap and the staff actually care. I've renewed my lease multiple times now.

Great place for anyone wanting a nice quiet environment, lots of parking and overall great management.

I have lived at the Huntley Ridge Apartments for 5 years now. The apartments are in great shape and the grounds are well taken care of. The area is nice and quiet and a great place to live. I would highly recommend Huntley Ridge Apartments.

I have lived here for about 10 years and I can't believe hiw quiet is still is. The complex has a ew owner, so hopefully they will make the place look like it did when I first moved in.

Huntley Ridge Apartments are a great choice to live if you value affordability, peace/quiet, plenty of space to take care of your dog, and washer/dryer hookups.

My husband and I have been living at Huntley Ridge in Battlefield for 6 years. Just on the edge of the city limits it's an amazing location. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is very well taken care of. The staff and maintenance are friendly and accommodating, willing to help however they can with whatever issues may pop up in a timely manner. We are also thrilled with the addition of a small fenced in dog park area! We've been very happy here, it's not just a place to live it's truly a community.

I just renewed my lease here. I love the area, its quiet and feels like a safe spot. I'm a little miffed that they are charging us for water & sewer now, but since the rent didn't increase a lot, I can deal with it. Also super excited about the new dog park area!!

I am renewing my lease for a second time and couldn't be happier! I haven't had a single bad experience in my time living here and always get my maintenance issues addressed in decent amount of time. Would recommend.

I have lived at Huntley Ridge for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The environment is quiet, while also being conveniently located near numerous dining and entertainment options. If there are any issues or concerns, they are addressed quickly. Highly recommend.

There are a few things that are NOT true. There are NO birds or fish allowed. Their Renter's Insurance is Mandatory and it is not Renter's Insurance but a policy which covers only their property damage. With the Renter's Insurance if you want to be covered for liability or your own personal belongings you have to get a second policy. You pay for the sewer as part of the rent. In some advertisements for this property they say it is "No Smoking". Totally not true. In the morning my Kitchen smells so bad that I have to turn the exhaust fan on. Obviously I am a non-smoker and a rare breed in this complex. Most of the people are smokers. The interior is nice and newer. A lot of space and great views. Used to be quiet but they almost all moved out and new people moved in.
