Kiana is not only incredibly informative, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure that every question is answered and every need is met.

As a resident that has lived in several apartments on this property with past management, I was pleased until I moved into an apartment with neighbors above that are extremely loud and come home nightly after midnight. After many attempts to have the situation solved, management wasn’t willing to do anything but terminate my lease. Not terminate the loud residents above me. I could only transfer which wasn’t possible with health conditions. I asked many times for compensation etc due to this going on continuously since I moved in this apt. (Never with any problems in other units here). Unfortunately, the management team isn’t willing to terminate or transfer the neighbors causing the problem. They would prefer to terminate my lease instead. The apartment is my home with my son and is what we chose. I was in hope the management team would be more willing to accommodate residents that abide by the lease agreement, however, they would prefer to keep the residents causing the problems after numerous call and documentation. I will no longer recommend this property myself as a former property manager. I would like to add there are numerous cigarette remains left in front of my apartment, the pet they have urinates on my patio, maintenance takes around two days to complete requests, water is off usually at least once a month inconveniently due to leaks, and garbage isn’t picked up as should be due to backed up compactor, no compensation is given to residents due to this inconvenience. Rental rates are high and yet the parking lot needs to be seal-coated due to lines not visible to park and numerous bumps in the lot. Pine straw is only replaced one a year from what I have seen. Should be every season. The property as a whole is lacking. I was told to contact courtesy officer every night when neighbors are loud or the police. I stated police have more important things to do than deal with loud residents and this is a management issue. Unfortunately, management isn’t willing to solve the problem after numerous alternatives were given since health conditions prevent me moving.
Regardless of what they say or show you, it is all a lie. The maintenance staff does absolutely nothing on a daily basis. The manager and assistant manager do not pay any attention to the needs of the tenants. I have rust, mold, floors that don't seem to be professionally installed, and a laundry list of other issues.
I absolutely love this Apartment Community. I've been here almost two months now and I can honestly say it feels more like home than just an Apartment Complex. My neighbors are great, love the pool area and fitness center. The grounds are always nice and clean and well maintained. Dana and Nancy in the office are so nice helping me relocate and get familiar with the area. I shopped around before moving here and I'm so happy with my decision. Very Happy !!!
I absolutely love this place. Lovely pool and gym . Very spacious and I love the way it feels like a community and my neighbors are fantastic. Great staff , Dana and Nancy are wonderful and Deano in Maintenance is always available to fix anything. I plan on staying here a long time .
Just moved here a month ago. I love it, so nice and quite. Dana the manager is very professional.all the neighbors I have met are friendly. Deano the maintence man is great, need someyhing fixed, he gets the job done, very hard worker.it is so close to everything. the huntly is a beautiful pace to live. so if you need an affordable place to live, Come to the Huntley.
The Huntley is the worst place to stay when it comes to management. They are uneducated unprofessional and do not have a clue about customer service. The treat the tenants like kids with all kinds of unnecessary rules. It feels more like a prison instead of a home. Most of the other tenants that stayed around me hated the office staff. The office staff (if you called them that) need to go to some kind of training on how to deal with people who pay their salary. I am waiting on the day when they are sued but what can you expect the Hall Investment Group are just as rude and unprofessional. I am waiting on their entire empire to collapse because they really don't understand the value of how to treat who give the company a bottom line on profits. The apartment was fine but when you have such terrible customer service, it makes the entire company look bad. If Halls Investment would revamp their entire company starting from the top to the bottom (The Huntley) then maybe their company would have better customer service in turn will produce satisfied tenants. No tenants=no Halls Investment=no Huntley apartment. Do the math Hall Investments and fire all your rude and nasty employees especially the ones at The Huntley. You get what you pay for. If you have uneducated people then you produced unprofessional employees. Professionalism is not learned with people who have a high school diploma but those who reach higher and get a college degree. The Sealy Realty is a primary example of professional people. That why they have so many satisfied tenants and employees and great reviews. These reviews on here are FAKE! I give the office staff a 0 overall and the apartment a 7.
I've been very impressed since moving in a few months ago. Nice, clean, and properly-kept. I have wonderful neighbors. Management is great- very accommodating when I needed to move in quickly. Dana knows what she is doing running this complex!
Was a nice place when I moved in 3 years ago but needs improvements now and needs new management.
Everything that we need is in a four mile radius including the church we attend. We have a gym to exercise. There are hills close by that we can walk up for exercise. I don't swim but the pool is save enough for non-swimmers. We have a few playgrounds for us to take the grandkids. And picnic areas for family cookouts and barbeques. Nice closet space and patios. Washer and dryers in the aparment. Nice bedrooms.
