Huntington Beach stretches along 9.5 miles of Southern California coastline, earning its official "Surf City USA" trademark with consistently excellent waves and pristine beaches. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Huntington Parkside
No lush grounds, no bbqs that work , never have. There’s no curb side trash pick up…..manager is never on site. People leave their dog poop everywhere . This place lies!!!!!
Faulty in apartment appliances such as ovens, dishwashers and in-sink disposals. BBQs have not worked since I moved in. Management is NEVER in the office and leaves no notes or alerts. Rats, Roaches and ant infestations. No one answers the phone and the emergency line is ignored as well. AVOID
Been here a long time. Rent increases every year. BBQs no longer work. Rats, ants, and roaches. Manager is never working and never informs us anything. Power or water are always going out. Now homeless are hanging out in carports or in laundry rooms. Graffiti on signs.
I lived here for a year and it's a very peaceful place.

Thank you for taking the time to review our community. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your time at Huntington Parkside. Best wishes on your move.
I've stayed here a year and agree with everyone else: vibes are great and manager was super nice, giving us an extra parking spot most of the time and even letting us park in her spot evenings and weekends. LOVED the fitness room (which had my favorite type of 6-pulley weight machine) and my kids loved all the animals. Grounds are beautiful.

Thank you for your very kind review. I'm so glad you like Huntington Parkside!
Love the jungle feel to it. My fiancé and I had a hard time finding a pet friendly place for our two fur kids without losing the quality, until we found this place. Highly recommended.
I moved here from Austin,TX and this place is amazing. It has a jungle feel to it. The staff is personable and cares about their tenants. This is a very dog friendly community and it's surrounded by great shopping and dining. Our apartment is well kept for how old the buildings are. The only downside is you get one reserved spot, there is no extra parking.
