This will be my 4th time actually living at Huntington Glen, obviously management, economy, etc. have changed. I will say though, if you're looking for somewhere chill, family friendly and 30 min from almost everything in DFW. Fair place to live if you can swing it these days, just my experience.

Nice and clean apartments. Enforces rules for appearance and safety, seem to care about us. Maintenance is amazing completing my requests within a day most times and will consistently communicate no matter which maintenance man helps. Near 121 and close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants.

The homes are like new and look so beautiful. Conveniently located near the elementary and middle school just across the street and also near multiple shopping centers. The office is nice and have treats for you and your pet when you stop by. Maintenance is quick to respond and Mike and Thyrone’s happy personality is infectious.

Strict management system. I almost feel like a child again with all of the rules and regulations. Read the rules on patio furniture. Candles and small interior heaters not allowed. Improvements to the community are being done but that means rents will increase again. Issues with wasps near creek but that is seasonal. No other bug related issues. Just "painted" but it was done poorly.

After new management and a disaster in my apartment, staff communicated very well and took care of me in all aspects. Once I voiced my concern, they listed and took care of all my needs. Maintenance staff, Mike is amazing! Great experience with apartment maintenance. Management, Desiree went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The one negative thing is rent is too high and continues to go up! Other than that great experience!

I have had a great experience living at Huntington Glen. The team of people working there is friendly and kind. They are currently doing maintenance around the community to further beautify our homes. It is obvious they care about the community and everyone who lives here.

Cortland is spending thousands of dollars on superficial things (tree trimming/removal, rocks where there was grass, painting) but ignored the one major flaw this property has...outdated and drafty windows. Just saying.

There are many good things about Huntington Glen. The location is excellent. They grounds are very well kept up. Pets are not a problem at all. Plenty of parking. Appliances are very nice. The apartment floor plan and design is really practical. The full sized washer and dryer in its own excellent located room where I can shut the door is perfect. But, this is an old apartment building. The doors and trim have been painted dozens of times. The doors stick and look raggedy when opened. The bathroom and bathtub is dismal and dark. The bath tub has been painted or something making it gritty to sit on to take a bath. The ceilings are still the blown on popcorn and metal plates have been painted over and are rusty even through the paint. The toilets are ancient and are water guzzlers. The whole apartment has only one window, which leaves you with a boxed in feeling. I do like the storage on the patio and the in wall bookshelf. I am not unhappy and Huntington Glen has lots of good qualities.

Worst place to be
The manager and asst mgnmt are rude , rude. They can care less about anything on this property. The prices are way to high for this area and the age of the property. Not worth it. During summer couldn't even use the pool majority of the time. It was either green or water level was wrong etc..... The parking situation is ridiculed. There are cars just sitting in this complex with expired tags , never move from the spot etc... And not to mention the kind of people they have moved in this place. Trashy , to go along with this place. Tipton group needs to buy it back.

Nice Apartment Community
I've been living here for almost 6 years.Never had any issues compare to where I live before. I wish they had 3 bedroom .I would never think of finding another one. Company recently changed and was bit scared but the new staff turned out to be really nice and courteous .My main concern is always getting maintenance on time.They do that 99% of the time . I am really happy and can't think of moving somewhere else till my kids finish school cause it's walking distance.

Huntington Glen
I like living here. It is very quiet for the most part. The maintenance has responded same day on any problems we have had. Front office is nice and helpful. Honestly I do not have anything bad to say about the place. I would/will renew my lease when its up.

Loving my new place
I moved in May and absolutely love my apartment. For one they were the only complex that had a vacancy in my time frame. I lucked out and got an upgraded floor plan. The leasing agent went above and beyond to get me settled in. I really love the HEB area but the rent has gotten so high. My apartment is a small community. It is quiet and peaceful. Near 121 and an easy drive to FW and Dallas. You are close to stores and super markets but no crazy noise. Love love love it!!
