Property Ratings at Huntington at Sienna Ranch
I have lived here since the building was built and the new manager is getting things done that have not been done in a long time. She gives us a lot of activities and spends time with us and listens to us. My family is close and the shopping in the area is good. I hope to stay here for many more years in my senior life.
In a long line of managers the current one is the worst. Very disrespectful to tenants. Parking is a big joke with only half of the needed parking spaces. Property is mostly well maintained. Until recently it has been a roach haven. Electricity is unreliable with frequent brief surges and complete outages which last from 3 seconds to one and a half hours at best. During the longer outages the elevators remain off line as long as a week. Building has been stuck by lightning multiple times. Poor cell service and TV reception. Your best bet is to look elsewhere.
This is one sorry property, management is sad nothing ever gets done here. We have very little to no activities, not enough parking for residents. Allow pets to be all over the place residents do not pick up behind their pets and poop is everywhere. The are some small ugly apartments. If you need a place to die then this is the right spot for you.
