We sold hour house quickly and needed to find a place to live basically within 30 days during COVID pandemic. Cindy was great, very friendly, and the process of applying and moving in was very simple. I've been living here for 2 months and have to say I am very impressed with maintenance. So far the few times that I've needed to submit a maintenance request, they have responded almost immediately and fixed my issues within 24 hours of request. They are polite and follow CDC guidelines of wearing masks during COVID when entering the apartment. The neighborhood is also beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained.

We love it here! So glad we found this community by accident while home hunting. The second we drove through just to check it out... we knew we wanted to call this place home. The grounds are picture perfect! It’s so peaceful both day and night. The layouts are perfect and very practical! Laundry off kitchen works wonders for a busy mom like me. Great amenities!!! Cindy was a pleasure from start to finish! Management seems to be on top of things & the location can’t be beat!!! Far enough from the business but just a short drive to all the shopping and restaurants you need! Great place!!!!

Not sure what makes these apartments "luxury" but they need to be updated if they want to be luxury. The staff is horrible, do not rent here

This is a great place to live. I feel very safe walking/running in the area, even at night. There is always plenty of parking near my building. The gym is well maintained. Those at the office are always pleasant and responsive to any concerns. I never hear my neighbors (except steps from the upstairs apartment, which is to be expected). I love being able to walk to get Chinese food, sushi, pizza, nails done, 7-11 - all in the shopping center right next to the complex. It is a beautiful place.

My fiancé and I moved to Hunter's Chase in May! We have LOVED every moment of living here since! Everyone is welcoming and helpful! It is well maintained and staff is incredibly kind! Most of them even live here themselves.... if that's not proof of perfection, I'm not sure what is! This summer the pool was amazing, not to mention year round events, activities, and family movie nights! What could be better?! The gym is awesome! We literally love everything here and couldn't be happier!

We enjoyed living here the past two years. They really do a lot to include you into the community and have fun events for you to get to know your neighbors. Also great location off of 70 and great accommodations with the pool, tennis courts and gym. We just moved out this month into our house and they were very flexible with us as far as our moveout date when we had some issues with closing. Overall great experience and recommend it!
I moved recently to Hunters Chase and I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. I worked with a young lady named Amy who made my process of moving as painless as possible. I had a few hiccups in my planned move and Amy was able to accommodate my needs and helped me move with ease. I look forward to spending a few years here!!!

My wife and I are originally From NYC. Moved To South Florida For a Few years and move back to NYC when our daughter was Born. But we missed the South Florida Lifestyle . We found hunters Chase one day while visiting south jersey and felt just like South Florida. And we literally Moved in a month later. Whenever we visit NYC out 2 year old daughter always cries to come back home to Hunters Chase. She's love the playground and the movie night in the club house. and the rest of the amenities that they offer. No better feeling them coming back home after a trip out of state. Frank V.

I lived here a few years ago and decided to move back in July on 2016 specifically because of my first experience here. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and the staff in the front office is always accommodating. Maintenance staff is always quick to help and friendly. The location is also great as it is not directly on major roads (making it quiet) but these major roads (70/73 and 295) are easily accessible! Highly recommend checking it out!

We moved in 9 months ago and this is our first time renting in 25 years. We were not sure what to expect in general. Hunter's Chase gets an A I had to work Sunday morning and was out by 8AM. EVERYTHING was already cleared and salted!!! What a great team they have here. They were out all night with the blowers. We had a plumbing emergency one night at 11PM and I left a message, within 10 minutes Jose appeared at our door ready to work with a smile.He was efficient and tidy even at such a late hour. I am so happy we chose Hunter's Chase as our home .

For starters, the office staff was great. Amy and Cindy in the office were wonderful in helping us choose an apartment, show us around, and everything else. We had a phenomenal experience until we moved in. After that everything spiraled downward. The apartment wasn't ready when we moved in, the water coming through our apartment wasn't clean and clear, there was a huge leak in the HVAC closet, and the office manager is extremely rude. We definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

My fiancé and I were apartment hunting in October last year and found Hunter's Chase. It was the first complex we looked at and right away we knew it was going to be the place we ended up living at. While the exterior of the buildings are starting to show a little age the interiors are very well maintained between transitioning residents. The maintenance staff are prompt and makes sure to follow up. The staff makes the process smooth and stress free. The grounds are always clean, as is the pool. The wood fireplace in some of the units heats the entire apartment using very little wood which is great during cold New Jersey winters. You'll never have to worry about feeling unsafe walking around at any time day or night. Our favorite thing about living here is how it feels like you live in a rural area but less than 15 minutes away you have everything you need in Cherry Hill. Hunter's Chase is definitely worth the expense.
If your looking for an apartment that you get what you pay for this is it. The staff is great and very friendly the maintenance team is just amazing all request the you put in are responded to the following day and they are amazing and so nice and are very respectful of you and your apartment when they enter. This property is also very clean and very quiet its a great place to live
This apartment is located in a great area. For those of you want the taste of country and suburbs, this is the perfect fit! Also you'll have access to all the stores you'll need. From Shoprite, to Apple, tp HomeGoods to Whole foods. Nice Balcony size, fire place and washers and dryers are in the apartment. The property is neatly maintained and lots of family functions at the club house!
I just moved to the area 2 months ago and have been happy here. I like the peace and quiet that comes with being surrounded by lots of trees; I also enjoyed the pool a lot while it was open. The city isn't too far away and my work is very nearby which is convenient. The staff were very helpful when I moved in to insure that everything was up to standards.
The apartments are very spacious and clean. Most of them have stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. A plus is having a washer and dryer in your apartment so you don't have to run to a laundry mat. The fireplaces help in winter with heat. It's really clean and the grounds are always kept so nice. We recently had our parking lots redone and it cleans it up. I never here my neighbors above me or next to me so that's a plus. The maintenance staff always responds in a timely manner for fixes or problem, which is wonderful. The management staff is also really friendly and helpful at all times. They have fun events each week for residence and the family. They have movie night every other Friday and for us ladies, they have wine gatherings each month. Its great to get to know your neighbors. Residence are kept up to date via email or on the website. Also the amenities are nice. The pool has nice chairs to lay on and umbrellas for shade. The gym and equipment has been replaced and has pretty much everything I need! There is a dog park that is great to let your dog get to know other dogs and run around. Hunter's Chase is great!!
I have been here for a year and a half and could not be happier. The office staff is more than pleasant and helpful. Maintenance handles all calls quickly and professionally. The grounds are beautifully maintained and residents are kept informed of all the happenings of the complex. There are monthly social gatherings including movie nights. The neighborhood is quiet, located within minutes of shopping, dining, parks, city hall, library and highways. It is definitely a place to call home.
I have lived at Hunter's Chase since July 2008 and have had a wonderful experience. Maintenance arrives promptly when needed. The front office staff are prompt and courteous with requests. The rent is quite reasonable for the size of the apartment. The pool is great. The ground are beautifully kept. It is a pleasure to call such a great place home.
I've been a resident of Hunters Chase for 5 years. When a new management company took over my rent has increased every year despite the fact that no improvements have been made to my unit. IThe actual units are old and outdated for the rent I pay. There are certainly nicer places in the area for the price. The maintenance staff is responsive. It's a decent place and my main draw is that they allow dogs.
I have lived here for just about a year and a half. The accommodations, such as, a swimming pool, car wash and vacuum station, decent gym, tennis courts, etc. are very nice. My two bedroom apartment is good size and the maintenance staff are quick to fix/replace any issues. The office staff is great and handle anything that comes up. (They even send you a birthday card, personally signed by everyone in the office!) I have some friendly neighbors that have a dog, so it is great when the dogs can play together in the newly built dog park. Only downside I would have to this complex, is parking. I am sure not every building has this issue, as the parking lot sizes vary greatly.
All I have to say this is my 3rd time here. It basically tell you what type of apartment it is.

My boyfriend and I looked into Hunters Chase for our first apartment together and fell in love. Not knowing what we were doing since it was our first time, Kristin, the community manager was nothing but helpful to answer all our serious and silly questions. All of the staff here at the community are extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I can see our selfs living here for a long time!!!
