Jonesboro, a small city of less than 5,000 residents, is located about 20 minutes south of downtown Atlanta. The city is filled with fantastic neighborhoods, so finding an apartment that fits your needs should be relatively simple. One of Jonesboro's top communities is the Lake Spivey area. Lake Spivey offers convenient access to major roads, and there is an 18-hole golf course, gorgeous natural lake and a quiet residential community.
Many retail centers with highly familiar stores are close to the Lake Spivey area.Clayton County International Park, located right off of Highway 138 in Jonesboro, was originally built to accommodate some of the competitions during the 1996 Olympic Games; and it was also used to film some scenes in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The Clayton County International Park features a beach area, a six-acre lake, a 17-court tennis center, walking trails, and a pavilion for group picnics.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Management team is outstanding, great customer service. Great place to call home.
I was so excited about my visit today. Chantel was amazing !!! She was patient, kind and attentive. She changed my perspective on manufactured homes!
I’ve had such a great experience living in this manufactured home community! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need anything. The neighborhood is well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, which makes it feel like home. I really appreciate the sense of community here—it’s a safe, comfortable place where neighbors look out for one another. The amenities are also a big plus and add to the overall quality of life. I’m very happy to be part of this community and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!
This is a wonderful community to live in! The rental homes are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s clear that the staff truly care about the residents and the community as a whole. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always kept in great condition. I feel right at home here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to rent.
New homes, lots of space, better than apartments, your own yard, and quiet.
My spouse and I visited this community and we loved it. They have all types of homes available. Some for rent and sale. The application is cheaper than most communities and the process was simple.
The place is hidden but it’s definitely a gem. From the moment I walked in the door. The staff greeted me and I can’t wait to move in next month.
I toured a couple homes and I absolutely love it. Better than living in an apartment paying so much more for less. Amazing staff as well.
Amazing community and staff. I was greet by the leasing agent Chantel. She went over everything and I was able to view some homes same day without an appointment. The manager Cheralynne and assistant Jae came out to greet me. Which was very shocking because usually managers don’t talk to anyone from my experience. Please go check the place out and the staff
Good staff, good neighbors and close to where I work. Events are fun to go to as well .
Just moved into this community, love the amenities that they offer and a friendly staff, I would highly recommend someone to move here. Great location to places to eat and shop as well.
Every since we moved here it has been great, love that it is a gated community, and has a basketball court, tennis court and pool for my family and I to use. If you are looking for a place to live that is fun and safe, I would say move here!
Hunters Ridge is a beautiful community. We love living here and love the people who work in the office. They make us feel welcome and like we are home.
This community is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need assistance. They truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome. I also love the community events—they bring neighbors together and make it feel like one big family. Safe, clean, and well-maintained—definitely a great place to live!
Horrible place to live, they give random fines but will not send maintenance to fix plumbing, air/heat, or refrigerator issues for weeks/months. Dogs run around loose in the neighborhood and they don't do anything.
I would never recommend anyone moving here I’ve been here for 4 months and I have had many problems with my unit and many visits to the office with no fix I didn’t receive a garage can after living in my trailer for a month and a half and took matters into my own hands by taking my neighbors trash can who got one before me the day before they moved in I haven’t received a mailbox still my walls leak everyday my tub faucet broke the day I moved in and they didn’t come to fix it till a month later saying this keeps happening in all the new units my door handles are all falling off and not to mention they turned my water off for 4 days during winter because and I quote “they thought my unit was vacant “ and when I went to the office to have them fix the problem on day 1 they tried to gaslight me and say I probably forgot to leave my pipes dripping and that they were frozen its stray dogs everywhere 4 dogs who run around the neighborhood(Rottweiler ,2 pit bulls, and a Maltese )everyday which the office knows about and does nothing to fix I don’t see how they can charge $1,500 a month for this bs save your money and don’t waste your time as soon as my lease is up I’m gonna run as far away from this place as I can save yourself before it’s to late and your in the same predicament I’m in !!!!!!!!
I moved in about 2 weeks ago in a new trailer . You literally have to harass the people who manage the place for them to actually help you out with things like backed up sewage.. in my first 2 weeks we had issues like backed up sewage, half of the electrical outlets in the new trailer don’t work properly, no hot water .. I had to move the refrigerator to the other side of the kitchen to get a plug that worked .. stove not working .. they definitely don’t care about the tenants.. worst decision I ever made
I visited these homes today for the first time. Well I was disappointed, first I called the office five times and no one pick up the phone. So I came up here just to see two people in the office so why they did not answer the phone. But I was looking for 3 bed, 2 bath, the lady gave us to different homes to look at and we liked the new one. But when I asked her one question about getting it. I was like if you answered the phone I could have save an trip coming up here. Some of the qualification does not make sense to me because these homes is not all of that.
Friendly neighbors, management team is nice, and I look forward to using the amenities this year.
The people in the office are completely unprofessional and rude. I've had several issues from random fines and they never service issues.
There is a tree lying in my house, it is already more than 15 days old and they have not done anything. I do not recommend this place to live, according to there are no people to remove it and they just have a lazy time
This is the worst place to live. They just want your money and will fine you about stupid things. The pool hasn't been open in more then 5 years. The playground and lake look horrible and the people that work in the office are disgusting human beings.
They have a new 24 hr notice for visitors policy. My son is visiting I sent him to the store and they wouldn’t let him back in because I don’t have a sticker and didn’t give 24 hr notice. They gave notice 1 day notice about new sticker. I couldn’t just take off and no one’s answering the phones. This is a horrible place to live
This is a terrible neighborhood now you have to have a Sticker on your car just to come in the neighborhood you got to tell them who is coming in the neighborhood like dam you have no privacy at all
This is a bad place to move, my sister paid her rent and they lying and saying she didnt she have her receipt and everything. Warning dont move here
Very unprofessional. Did applications with them and had to keep calling back to find out what decision was made. Kept getting excuses and really a don’t care attitude from Chey. Finally after waiting over a month, I called in to speak with a manager. Of course, Chey took the message to give to the manager. Needless to say,Kim manger never returned my call and Chey continues to make up lies wen she is called!I would never refer anyone to them or try renting from them ever again. After paying 60 bucks for application fees and being honest about my situation still left me with poor customer service and it’s probably a blessing that I didn’t get approved and had to to deal with this office staff on a regular basis!!!Very irritating!
