This is the absolute best apartment I have ever lived in. The staff are awesome and the property is quiet and well kept.
Very Lovable office staff & great maintenance , pretty good gym & pool , I’ve been here about 7+ years & never any major problems definitely a great place to live
I've been staying here for 4 years and witnessed a few changes in management, but the staff this year has been great, especially Keylee! Any time I've had a maintenance request, needed a temporary parking pass, renew my lease or anything else, she's always been quick to respond to my emails. She is always friendly and knowledgeable about the property and lease agreements as well. The maintenance team works very quickly too! - MT

appliances are not good and cracks in dining room ceiling ,not right it's just not worth rent increase fix these minor repairs apartment would be good Parking here is a mess Okay property apartment size is good give 3 stars .

I would like to say this is a good community to live in l, and the office staff is amazing. When you put in work orders they get right out and take of it. They are staff that really care. I’ve lived here for almost 2yrs and I haven’t a problem they couldn’t help me with.

I have been a resident of Hulen Garden for 2 years, I have not had any major issues with the staff on property. Marsha is a Wonderful Manager of the property. Her staff which include Yesenia and Alexis are Great repersentive for the Company. They are very Hard workers and Always Greet you with a Big SMILE. The office is always inviting. They are always very Professional and I Love it Here. Any problems on property or in my Apartment they are alway ready to Make it right.The Manintence people Drago, Roberto, and Irving are Excellent at what they do. I have lived at hulen gardens for five years a great place to live. The office staff is professionally all the time.couldnt ask for better. Maintance is supurb Neighbors are friendly. I wold recommend to anyony who need a secure home this is the place Managment is great. Very caring staff. Grounds are always clean and manicured. On property security guard. Pool always clean Managment always has partys for residents

I’ve only lived here for less than a year but I haven’t had any issues. Staff does not bother me they are helpful and friendly. If I submit a work order I don’t have to wait long. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking!
