There are still several issues that need to be addressed. The noise level in the evenings remains quite loud. We keep finding trash and cigarette butts, which raises concerns about the potential for fires. Additionally, the bushes need to be trimmed. On a positive note, I am pleased with the new BILT service so far, and I hope it continues to honor all the incentives it is offering.

The staff is super friendly. The amenities are very nice. The local noise level is minimal. They even have a who private fenced in dog park which is excellent for Dogs who are used to having a yard

Clean and quite nice place to live. We love having covered parking. My family likes the convenience of have a nice clean pool On those hot days.

It’s not completely awful. We like our actual apartment. Our neighbors are kind of loud. (Not just the ones we share a wall with). We like the office staff. The unknowns to us who leave trash on the ground, and don’t pick up after their pets get to us too.

I have lived here 2 years and just signed a new lease. I find the complex to be very quiet, the office staff very courteous and helpful when I have had any issues.

Community continues to improve with the new management teams. Only constructive feedback would offer mgmt team is more frequent property walks where 2nd and 3rd floor landings are viewed as neighbors constantly leaving garbage bags, toys, food, and creating huge messes including glitter and food all over concrete and even damaging doors. Currently looking for c way to wash or clean all the junk and glitter left outside the doors and even glitter and glue right at my door.

I was so in love with the layout of my apartment. Huge and open. Perfect for my family of 3. I love the clean and safe unit we moved in to. Nice quiet complex from what i have experienced so far. Hue 97 is very great with communication and service requests etc. I am enjoying living in this community.

Office staff are great , maintenance. People are very helpful lots of areas for my daughter to hang out and play. Grounds are kept up and it’s nice to have two pools for my daughter to swim.

No access to gym or pool. Need to ask for access or reach around. After meeting other tenants I have found it has been like this since at least February ;(

The units are spacious and well designed. It's hard to beat the price. Most maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The key fobs for the pool/gym have been hit or miss during our time here, but they're working on it.

So far so good Maientance is always on time . They all always get along really well with my dog who acts as if she never gets attention. She loves to be able to see them come in and show her voice to them.

Had some communication issues getting into my new apartment and still don't have keys for the pool or fitness area. Aside from the front door having a large gap that alesia said was going to be fixed a month ago, everything else has been great!

Great experience, they have a very helpful front office staff and the apartment was nice and clean when I walked through. Made the experience smooth and easy.

Nice place to live. The staff is very friendly Maintenance people are great a things get stuff done quickly. I love all the things they do for the residents like breakfast in a bag.

The overall property is very pretty. Inside and out is nice. Some of the neighbors are a little snotty but nothing too crazy and its nice here. My family is very happy here.

As long as the staff communicate well with the recidency of upcomming changed and workorders i will be happy. So far they have been very helpful with our move. They can work on getting faster responses for things that need to be fixed or cleaned for sure though. Waiting 2-3 for fixing a fan a little bit much. If shortstaffed or downtime we should be notified as well.

My wife and I just moved into hue 97 2 weeks ago on Saturday and so far nothing but amazing, friendly staff a caring team that’s willing to help with anything and everything, we had a few maintenance problems but not even a couple days later they fixed all of em this is by far the best community in az

Nice place to live, good price! Maintenance responds quickly. My unit is renovated, nothing beats it for me. Front office doesn’t respond when you call and when I go down they aren’t there during their business hours even when I wait a couple hours, which can be a little frustrating but when you look at how cheap rent is I think it’s worth it.

The manager is amazing! She is very understanding and definitely is kind to the other residents. The complex is always kept clean and is managed well.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at this apartment complex, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. They maintained great communication with me throughout the entire leasing process, promptly responding to my emails and calls. The team was flexible and understanding, taking the time to work with me to find a solution that fit my unique situation. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.

The facilities are not too bad at all, layout of apartment is great, plenty of space for what it is. The office team is coarse more often then not and doesn't present a welcoming atmosphere and when asking questions they all refer you to the manager. Whom I've not had outstanding experience with. I've not had many issues and on little things they're prompt. When issues they have cost you additional money they utilize an "oh well" attitude. Not a bad place to live, would be great with a great team at the helm.

The apartment is great and comfortable. Very spacious. It also has all vinyl floors which accommodates me very well as I have pieces of furniture that I have to well around frequently.

They gave me a tour of the apartment and they were very nice. I will be moving here soon and I am excited to be part of the community here. The apartment complex was very clean.

Friendly office staff, the complex is looking nice with all the touch ups. Hopefully the new assign parking will go smoothly. Really enjoy the club house and the swimming pools.

Wish we can get into the pool but we was never given the key to the pool, gym or club house. Neighbors are loud. Never any parking. Dog poop everywhere.

I love living here great community great people. The only thing is I wish the parents and kids would follow the rules. We still have parents letting their kids be bullies and letting their kids do whatever they want.

Great apartments to live in. Neighbors are nice and I’m close to friends. We have alot of options in this apartment complex. I love the washer and dryer in the apartment.

I have lived here going on 3 years and I have had a pretty good experience. The stuff is very understanding and helpful. Very clean and they are constantly doing upgrades to make the complex better.

The apartment itself is good and the staff is great especially maintenance department, but beyond that it is bottom tier. I don’t feel comfortable outside of the apartment. I definitely feel uncomfortable going outside at night. The grounds are not nice with the exception of the pool area.

It definitely has gotten better far as management, but there’s a lot of more improvements that needs to be done to these apartments. If you were looking for a quiet apartment, these are not the ones for you

It is truly a hidden gem. This place is beautiful and the staff is very professional and friendly! The management staff goes above and beyond to make applying easy and seamless.

Staff is very helpful and always willing to help you and answer questions. The apartment community is very modern and maintenance does a great job with keeping everything looking clean and tidy.

The outside area around the neighborhood isn’t the greatest but I feel safe where I live, that’s important. Maintenance is friendly and quick. The office staff is nice as well

Clean community and they take very good care of the pools and BBQ area. They also have security that walks around at night,which is a plus. I just renewed my lease.

It’s a great apartment complex, their floor plans is great and the have a great pool, and game room for the kids. They have a lot of great people in the community and it’s very diverse

Regarding current facility conditions: The restroom ventilation system is compromised by unacceptable levels of cigarette smoke. Noise emanating from adjacent units, including daytime conversations and nighttime snoring, is disruptive to operations. Additionally, the HVAC filter requires immediate replacement; a proactive annual filter replacement schedule is recommended to mitigate fire hazards. Neighborly relations on our floor and below are satisfactory.

Everyone if friendly and helpful. If we need repairs they are Al way done quickly. The grounds are always kept clean. Pool is away clean. And the gym is great. If you need a good place to live home check out Hue97.

They really need a maintenance team that actually comes in a proper time. It took 2 weeks to get someone out here to fix the problems we had in our apartment.

Apartments and residents are great! Staff are not so great. It’s super cheep and was fully renovated. New appliances and carpet. Utilities are included as well.

For the most part this apartment complex is a pretty ok spot to reside. The management doesn't communicate very well and the maintenance requests take forever. There is a night time "security" person that wanders or sits on his phone all night....not too sure what his purpose is. There is always a bunch of trash everywhere...but hey...it's reasonably priced kinda...and you get what you pay for...kinda...??

I recently moved into Hue97 and have been quite impressed with the experience so far. honestly had a rough start but it’s really nice they have been good about fixing stuff and i love taking my dog to the park and going to the pool in the summer and compared to other places it’s nice for the price

I love the community here at Hue 97 the neighborhood are nice and caring and for the most part control their kids as far as behavior goes. The employees are great to work with and care for my needs.

Angela is great. Thank you for your help in the application process. Excited to move forward in our new apartment. We still have some time before our move in, but so far a good experience.

I have to say Angela and Alesha have grown and I believe it’s because they are a team. I’m excited to see their progress this coming year. I thank them for always trying to keep our community clean. I now can honestly say I’d recommend my complex to friends and strangers who are looking for somewhere to call home.

Hue 97 is a place where my children have made lasting friendships, our family was able to make a home and we are building friendships within our community.

Beautiful, safe & convenient location with great neighbors. I love living here.
