Summertrees has been awesome! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and I am very pleased. The school district is amazing, the kids play outside from sun up to sun down, and the people and staff are very friendly. When you have an issue with anything it is handled swiftly and professionally, thanks to the wonderful team of staff here!

I am a current resident of summertree apartments and I’ve always loved living here. The in-unit washer and dryer is my favorite. Whenever we need a repair, they always handle it. They even opened up a new gym and it’s awesome. Neighbors are so nice and the environment all around is peaceful and quiet.

Very good complex. Has a bit of communication complications with management at first, but it was resolved well. Very close to the gates making it easy for soldiers and their family. That is probably the number one reason we Summertrees.

This apartment complex is clean, friendly and not far from fort Campbell if your a soldier. The staff are friendly and always help you with whatever you need.

My wife, 2 year old son, and 3 month old daughter just moved out today 19july2016. We have been residents at summer trees since september2015. What makes these apartments so great is the staff and maitnence! They are so friendly and prompt to fix anything I needed. My air went out while there and they sent someone the same day and replaced the whole AC unit! They accidentally spilt something on my carpet and the staff sent out to have my carpets cleaned the following day. It was a easy drive to Fort Campbell and very conveniently located. Very quiet complex and friendly neighbors.I literally have no complaints. Thank you so much for the awesome experience and I'll definitely be there again if I ever find myself in the area. Highly recommended
The apartment manager Lisa is so awesome. The apartments are in a great location. They are clean and quiet.
As compared to similar apartments in the fort Campbell area in regards to price, location, and quality, it's one of the best to be found. All apartments are two bedroom one bath with good sized bathroom, living room, laundry room, and kitchen. The appliances are realitivly new and all cabinets are in good condition. Both bedrooms have large closets, the masters being a walk in with storage shelves as well. Ceiling fan in the living room helps circulate air greatly. The apartments are close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as very close to fort Campbell army post, for those stationed there. Overall apartments are clean and well kept inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
Over all very good apartment. The staff is friendly & are quick with repairs for the most part. They have had a few "book keeping" incidents, but it was easily resolved for the most part. There is a small park for kids to play, no pool & no pets allowed. This is not a gated community, all apartments are 2 bedroom 1 bath, & relatively spacious. Optional washer & dryer included, or just the hook ups. Also dishwasher, & garbage disposal :) We have lived here for 8 months & no huge complaints.
