      I have owned for the past 40 years. After googling where I wished to relocate. Found Hudson 5401 at the top of the list. They also allowed pets. I applied, and issues with my closing, Eric and the staff, at Hudson 5401 bent over backwards to accommodate me. They truly took me u der their wings, and stated we got you. And they did. The apartment was ready, as soon as I relocated. Everything was in excellent shape, and was move in. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve communicated on social media, how happy I’ve been making this move.

      My husband and I enjoy living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew arrives shortly after putting in a request for service. Once we get a grocery store in 5401 it will be ideal to live here. We are old and not having to drive far to amenities would be super!

      My family and I love being a part of the Hudson at 5401 community. The neighbors are so friendly and the luxury finishes in the apartments and clubhouse/pool allow you to live comfortably in an expensive looking community without the expensive price tag. I think the apartments are priced so fairly especially given the value for your money and the amazing area we live in. The 5401 area is gorgeous and the convenience of living so close to the highway and capital Blvd. makes my commute that much easier.

      Pleasant community to be in. Friendly staff and residents. We have been here almost a year. Hopefully, well have access to the pool this summer with COVID getting under control. We like the new restaurant/ brewery next door. Cant wait for the new supermarket and other retail to come in. It will then be perfect living here.

      My experience living at Hudson 5401 Apartments has been wonderful! My 2 young boys and I have lived here for 9 months now. We frequently take our dog on walks around the pond, ride bikes on the property sidewalks, play ping pong, order food from the weekly food trucks parked outside, and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from the clubhouse on cold days. But we do miss those hot days at the pool! The staff is very professional and friendly, addressing any needs quickly. This is a great place to call home!

      If youre looking for somewhere very nice yet affordable, this is the place for you. Everything about this complex is wonderful; the amenities, the staff and maintenance workers, and the buildings themselves are in wonderful condition. Everything is very new.       I was in a bit of a time crunch to find a place. I had previously looked at multiple other options with out any luck. I either felt like the staff where only there to collect a check or the apartment complex just wasn't up to the standards for what they wanted to charge me. Then I found Hudson 5401. I scheduled a walk through to check out the complex and a potential home. That day I met Eric the assistant manager and he greeted me wearing a face mask and maintained a safe distance. Throughout the tour he was very professional, knowledgeable of the area, and very friendly. After the tour I decided that this is where I want to live. During the whole application process and other paperwork Eric was in constant contact and quick to respond to any questions I had. I have been here going on 2 weeks now and had one maintenance request and it was handled promptly and the maintance staff was great. (You couldn't even tell they had come into my apartment to do any work) I am extremely pleased with the apartment, clean grounds, staff, and amenities. I am really looking forward to living here.

      The apartments are beautiful and the community is top notch. They really work very hard to keep the community clean...which I truly appreciate. Everyone in the leasing office is very responsive via phone or email. They do alot of little special things to make residents feel appreciated.       The management team here is superior in informing residents of community events and overall general correspondence that affect all residents. Creative in including residents in fun activities (COVID 19) distancing of course with online trivia and games as well as surprises delivered to your front door. They quickly address concerns with noise and other nuisances that tend to occur in and around apartment grounds.

      Overall good community, its new and quiet. Its a bit costly compared to other places and theres a bad insect problem on first floors so I wouldnt recommend a first floor. But it is pretty quiet if you get the right neighbors and staff is nice. Id recommend a two bedroom to get the best experience here.

      We love living at Bloomfield at 5401 North! All of the staff is super helpful with any questions I have. Shout out to Tressa for making our move-in as smooth as possible! The location is beautiful and in a very convenient spot. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a spot in/near Raleigh.

      We have lived at Bloomfield at 5401 for the past few months and have loved it! The amenities are very nice and maintained well, especially the gym! Catrina and her team have always been so helpful in the office and respond to any questions or concerns we have immediately. All of the office staff as well as the Maintenance Supervisor always go above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met and exceeded. We love living in this super pet friendly apartment complex and are looking forward to the rest of our time here.
