The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Honey Creek Apartments
BED BUGS. This place is infested with bed bugs! So many tenants have moved out because of this ongoing issue. You can see infested mattresses and box springs that they throw away by the dumpster. STAY AWAY if you don't want to be itching your skin 24/7. They also will steal your security deposit over the smallest things (Nothing broke in our apartment and we received $0 back). Save your money and health and live elsewhere.
Moving from a home i lived in for 33yrs i was a bit tentative about apartment living. I have been at Honey Creek apt for a little over 3yrs and i can not be more comfortable. The safety, cleanliness and how quiet the complex is made my decision a good one. The manager, Linda is so helpful and quick to resolve any issues you might have. I highly recommend this place place. And the indoor heated pool is a nice perk also.
Honey creek apt is a terrible place to live it's actually got be shut down for it condition. There are lots mold in the building a tenant been there 3 years from day one can smell mold now it's coming out of walls that unsafe for any person to live in
I lived in this dump for a little over a year. Had to move out due to the mold in the walls. The manager is very nosy. You have to inform her on any overnight guest. She was constantly asking me where I was going, and referred to her tenants as her children. Was told that the average utility prices were around $20. Wow that was a lie. I was told how quiet the building was and how noise rules were inforced. That was a lie.
We've lived here going on 3 years now and have really loved it. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, safe place to rent. Affordable Maintenance lives on site and is very responsive (who is also a great neighbor) Great location. Near the highway. Safe area. I've felt completely safe in the complex as well as walking through the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Very community orientated for such a small building. Cats allowed Quiet Free parking Management is good It's not glamorous and it is simple.
